Thank you for your comments however using Trip Advisor to vent your frustrations is not the way to do it. When the holiday home was purchased, all the improvements due to take place were explained to everyone so shouldn't have been a surprise to you. I am sorry you did not enjoy the park and wish you luck in the...

Thank you, its nice to see positive comments from people. The staff have worked hard throughout the change of management to get the park of to a great start and improve the standards. People have taken this on board and most people reviewing us with so many positive points is a great start to our season. We are glad that...

Recently stayed here to attend a family wedding locally so we only really used the caravan as somewhere to sleep for 3 nights but on the whole it was a nice stay our accomodation was bronze level and was exactly as advertised everywhere clean and tidy and easily accessible so no complaints there the people running the park werent particularly...

We chose Tarka, to be honest, on price. For the location for 3 adults & 2 little ones, we were looking at least twice the price for other accommodation. We booked a bronze caravan for 3 nights. We arrived late but had let the site know and when they knew we wouldn't be disturbing others on the site, they were...

We arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night in October half term. We were staying only 2 nights, the club house only opens on a Friday and Saturday night at 8.30pm the room was cold and the coke was cheap cola and the beer was out of a can or bottle which were in limited supply and the barman had...

We arrived just after lunch on a Tuesday in the late October half term and there was no reception open, only a number to ring, which went straight to answerphone. There was no information board about local amenities etc; and we never saw any site staff or the reception open in the two and half days we were there; so...

Great location! And that's where it stops. In serious need of a makeover. A B&B would be cheaper and cleaner. Seriously, if you have £300 to spend on 4 nights, spend it elsewhere. I wasn't expecting much as a late break away from it all but I didn't expect to have to clean the fridge on our arrival ( full of...

We stayed for 1 week in a 2-bed bronze standard static caravan. The caravan was clean and in good repair. All of the advertised equipment was present and in working order. The only problem was very low water pressure in the kitchen, which meant we had to use the bathroom for water. The welcome on arrival was warm and lots...

I was really worried after reading all the reviews about Tarka but we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our caravan (no. 68). It was clean, smelt fresh and everything worked as it should. It was a bit dated, but I don't think you can complain with the prices they charge. I thought it was very fair and...
