If I could select more than five I would. We had our wedding in Clonabreany in April 2023 and I can't speak more highly of it. When we set out looking for wedding venues, we focused on exclusive hire venues with accommodation and good food. We viewed around 6 but knew one first visit that Clonabreany was the one for us due to the 'flow' of the location/day, the quality of the food and that it had more accommodation than many other exclusive venues. I have been to many weddings and have been genuinely bowled over by the response to ours; for example, people have text us asking to be reminded of the menu and asking for the wine names - I have never done that! Of course, I'm realistic enough to say, it was our wedding so of course I loved it, and no doubt there will be small niggles along your planning journey (as there is with everything in life) but what sets Clonabreany apart in the attention to detail, beautiful setting and interiors, the high quality of the food and honestly the best team of staff I have seen at a wedding. Our guests couldn't get over how cleanly and concisely it ran, while still having a lighthearted banter between guests and staff - and I say that from the moment of arrival, the reception, the Shibín and into the next morning in breakfast and departure. Finally, personally as a bride, you want the day to go well and all you can really do is place your trust in top quality suppliers. This is the confidence you get from Clonabreany, from your wedding planner (ours was amazing Kelly), to lovely Patrick who drives the cabs (honestly brought a tear to my eye with his kindness) and the fabulous Elaine and all the staff. Well done to all at Clonabreany - you've something special there.

Stunning location, fabulous service and absolutely stand out staff. I have never experienced such efficiency in serving dinner at a wedding. It was truly exceptional and followed through to excellent and friendly breakfast experience also. Well done to all.

Attended a family wedding here with two young kids. We were assigned a family room. The room was large and spacious. Two single beds and one queen sized double. We also were provided a travel cot for our son. The room didn’t feel squished. Our room was en-suite but the majority were not. The only ‘negatives’ were their was a skylight which had no blind (vaulted ceiling) which meant it was bright for kids going to bed and they woke early. The bathroom could do with a revamp, the shower head needed a good descaling or to be replaced, there is no way I could have washed my hair with the shower pressure, but obviously these are small things when you spend so little time in the room/at the venue. There was drinking water in the room which was appreciated. Breakfast has two sittings, 9 & 10am. You are assigned a sitting depending what house number you are in but since we had kids we requested the 9am one which the staff had no problem accommodating. The venue is beautiful! Lots of spaces to mix and mingle with guests. The food was fabulous all round, from the arrival canapés (including icecream!), to the meal (ceaser salad, butternut squash soup, beef or trout & raspberry tart), evening food (curry chips & bbq pulled pork sliders) and breakfast the next day (pancakes!). The staff were the gem of Clonabreany. Everyone we spoke or interacted with were so professional, friendly and helpful. They honestly were fantastic. Very efficient and clearly well trained. The service from the drinks reception, to the bar to the wedding meal was 1000%. Could not fault them. We had a baby sitter for the kids and during the meal I asked the banquet manager if a pot of tea could be arranged to be dropped off to her, it was no trouble, the manager came back and confirmed that although she would be gone at that point that one of the staff members would do it. Would definitely recommend to others as a wedding venue and would love to be headed back here for another wedding 😄

Attended wedding at clonbreany house, just a wonderful and magical venue. Food was excellent, alcohol was a little on the pricey side. Environment was beautiful and all public areas very clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Would absolutely highly recommend this venue for any important occasion in our lives.

We had our wedding here in March 2023 and were overwhelmed by the service and attention to detail from Clonabreany. We had a 2 day event there. The food from the canapes to the breakfast, and the wedding meal was exquisite and the service and friendliness of the staff are like nothing we have experienced. You made us feel right at home. Our wedding planner Kelly could not have been more helpful and ensured everything ran exactly to plan. Our guests were delighted with the food and hospitality. We can't thank the staff of Clonabreany enough for making our wedding weekend one we will never forget!

Clonabreany House and its team helped make our wedding day more special than we could imagine. We got married in December 2022 because we wanted a Christmas-time wedding. The venue looked spectacular for our day. The decorations and lights around the grounds made it look that bit more special and the main house was decked out to really give the day that Christmas vibe. We booked Clonabreany House as our wedding venue in early 2021, almost two years before our wedding day in December 2022. From start to finish, they were there to answer all our questions and give great little bits of advice to make our day go smoothly. We just know Kelly was there on the day working away in the background doing a tonne of other little jobs to make everything go to plan that we don’t even know about. We loved the idea of everything happening on the same site, so Clonabreany was perfect for us. The ceremony room is a perfect little setting and has a lovely charm to it. After the ceremony, we got lots of beautiful photos on the grounds. Clonabreany House itself and its gardens make a perfect backdrop for wedding photos – especially the archways and little lake. For the reception and dinner part of the day, the main house looked stunning. We loved the Christmas tree in the lobby and bar area where people had some drinks after the ceremony, it added so much to the atmosphere. The food on the day, both finger food and dinner, was spectacular in both presentation and taste. They had so many options for us to pick from for each course and even had lots of vegetarian and vegan options for our guests. One little detail of Clonabreany that really sold it for is the Shebeen pub that’s also on site. When the music wrapped up at the main house around 12:30am, we loved that we got to head down to the little pub to keep the night going and sit down and chat with friends. The bridal suite was so special. We found it perfectly spacious for the bridal party to get ready in right before the ceremony and then we loved lounging in the space the next morning as we had our lovely breakfast. Our guests said they loved the courtyard accommodation they stayed in. It was great that nearly all our guests could stay on site because it meant so many people were up with us late into the night celebrating.

We had our wedding in Clonabreany House in early December 2022. We booked out the venue for two days and two nights. We had the most amazing couple of days. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous a venue it was, how seamless the service was and how delicious the food was. We dealt with Shaun for the latter part of our planning and she was brilliant to deal with and always very responsive. The Butler's Rest bar is an outstanding addition to this venue. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone planning their wedding, one word CLASSY!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Clonabreany House in November. From start to finish our experience with the venue was top class. Kelly, our wedding coordinator was amazing and did everything to ensure we were looked after on the day and in the months leading up to the wedding day. There is great attention to detail and every aspect is looked after by the team. The food is outstanding. The decor is wonderful, there is no need to add extra to this venue as it is so beautiful and speaks for itself. Our guests had an amazing time and had nothing but good things to say. Thank you to everyone at Clonabreany, we have so many wonderful memories from our special day!

We had our two day wedding here in August 2022 and it was the best few days imaginable! The venue itself is stunning with beautiful grounds and lots of places for photographs. The food was top class, we received so many compliments from guests about the standard and quality of food and service throughout the two days. The sibín was just like an old local pub and we stayed well into the wee hours, it was a massive selling point for us as we could have our second day here and have a session going non-stop!! The staff are a credit to themselves, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. They were so attentive and professional at all times. Kelly, Avril and Elaine ran everything so smoothly and Packie and Jim drove the black cabs and ensured everyone got to their accommodation safely. Overall we found it exceptional value for money, you get so much for what you pay. I hope I'll get back again some day as a guest because it is such a special place. I would highly recommend any engaged couples who are looking for a private venue to visit and book!!!

Attended a wedding yesterday and to say I was impressed was an understatement. The food was to die for ...the deconstructed Ceasar Salad was delightful. I went for the Hake , just devine and vegetables were cooked to perfection. Not a lover of desserts and Sticky Toffee Pudding would never top my list but OMG this was just heaven... Wine pairing second to none and staff were professional and very friendly , great to see smiling faces on the servers gives a good vibe... All in all ....congrats Clonabreaney House...
