We rented in Tower 4, 9th floor, direct from owner. As others write, units vary greatly. Ours was lovely and well maintained. Entire resort/property is beautifully maintained. Long walk on the beach to the beach (both). Hard packed she'll/sand. Must wear shoes. Not like our Long Island beaches! Pool was crowded and a bit kid noisy.

Super location on Marco. Beach huge and nice- long walk though. Tiger tail beach just to right and South Seas to left. Our unit was clean and well appointed. I imagine very owner dependent as South Seas only manages the grounds.

These condos are generally very basic but family friendly & comfortable with a good pool & easy access to a good beach. Don't stay in 1805 if your family includes more than a couple & children. It is decorated nicely but twin beds mattresses are suitable only for children. Couch isn't comfortable & not enough comfortable TV seating if your... More

The Towers are very well-maintained on the outside but the condo interiors can vary dramatically since they were built 35 years ago. We stayed in one that, for the price, was in great need of routine maintenance such as painting and updating of the kitchen, baths, rugs, furniture and mattresses. If you are looking for a very quiet place with... More

This is the second time I've been here and it is heavenly for a recently retired couple or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Since towers 1 & 2 rent by the month only it is a much more laid back group where relaxing at the pool is first priority along with fantastic nightly sunset viewing. Long beach walks round... More

These condos are adequate and nothing more. The place is tired and seen better days. Our condo is pretty basic and none too clean. The ocean views are beautiful , but if you have young children or old people who can't walk well, it is a very long walk to the ocean, about a quarter of a mile across the... More

This was our third December on Marco Island. It is fantastic. We rent for the whole month in tower 1. What a wonderful island to stay on. I think the word is getting out, as this was the busiest December we have witnessed on Marco Island. It is considered off season, but still was very busy. Unit we rented was... More

Marco Island is Soooo Much Better than Destin or Panama City. They only problem, it takes longer to get there from Louisiana. Most if not all of the condos are individually owned so you need to rent from the owner. We found our condo using VRBO 590504. We stayed in tower 4, condo 1102. Ron is the owner and he... More

Amazing views in a quiet building. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. It was large and comfy. The wifi worked great and the unit has everything you need for the beach or pool. The walk to the beach takes about ten minutes but the view from every room in the unit make the hike totally worth it. It's... More
