This was our third time staying at this location. The rooms are spacious, have mini-kitchens you can prep in if you choose, it's clean/comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the view is my "zen". Plan to go back again!!

I honestly think the worst part of the red tide affects the beaches that are more southern than Maderia Beach. According to the news, the red tide is there for a while and they are telling people to stay off those beaches. It is especially bad for people with respiratory problems. I saw pictures of lifeguards with masks on. I would call the resort and ask them the condition of their beach and any health warnings that are in place, or try reading an online newspaper for the area. I hope this helps!
