Positives: Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi was good. Cons: outdated room (except floors), but not that bad (fixtures). Price since they weren’t serving meals the price was way to high. I was there for an event or I probably would have looked for another place. If breakfast was included it would have been a little easier to deal with the price. I would stay again if I had to.

If all you're looking for is a bed, you will get that here. Don't go looking for vending machines, an extra blanket, a working phone in your room, or the breakfast - not even the "grab and go", and I'm sure all of this is because of a COVID overreaction (not seeing this in other hotels). To top it off, a noisy and wild party outside my room is not making sleep easy. And I'm sure it will go on late into this (Monday) night. Then again when you try to save money, you get screwed in other ways.

My husband and I booked for one night. We are traveling from Nevada to Florida for our new home. Upon, arriving no greet. Just given room keys. No mention where we could eat or anything. Room smelled. Asked for another room same bad odor. Asked for another room and finally got a room that wouldn't make me puke. DO NOT STAY HERE...

We were driving late at night, trying to cover as much ground as we could for our trip to South Florida the next day, when we stopped in Live Oak. Wish we would have driven on to Lake City. Check-in was friendly. The bed was comfortable. But the room felt nasty. The bathroom was not clean. This was probably a nice property back in the day but it is obvious the owners are not spending money to maintain it. Stay elsewhere.
