I got a new bike and was looking for a nice place to ride. It's 5 miles around (although it just ends and does not connect to the beginning of the trail) with lots of birds to view. It was a really nice day! Don't forget to pack a picnic lunch!

We spent a week here in our travel trailer. We are newbies to camping, so I feel quite lucky to have found this one right off the bat. Much better than some we found later. This is a large campground surrounding a lake. Lots of nice restrooms, some newer than others, available and laundry facilitiy. MANY miles of walking/biking trails....

We've been RVing for the past 7 months with over 20k miles logged and were looking forward to coming home for the holidays. As campgrounds go, we were disappointed in all but the view of beautiful Lake Osborn. JPP requires payment in full when you make your reservation so we paid the amount for two weeks and crossed our fingers...

Security was great! Not so much, assistance with renting. I wanted a sight next to the park and lake. I was told another sight was better for shade. When we arrived at the sight it had one small tree and was in full Sun all day! I was mad! I had to take another sight that was right next to...

We only stayed for two nights. The good stuff was a special buy one night get one free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water and electric at each site. The bad. No pool. The regular rent area was closed. Not enough shade so tent turned into a sauna in the morning. No fan in the bathrooms. Could use a little...

We have a small enclosed cargo trailer with a/c, electrical, windows & doors. We have been camping in it for quite awhile now at other state & national parks with no problems or complaints. To our surprise, we were told we were not allowed to camp in this park because we did not have holding tanks like regular rv's. Wow!!...

It was a nice campground. When I set up my camper the facilities very good, breezy, my only suggestion are build up a swimming pool for kids, mini cafeteria, gift shop. I enjoy barbecue outside, meeting new friends.biking, enjoying the breeze, watching the jet skiers.

I like that it is on a lake since we like to kayak. If you have a boat and get a site on the lake you can tie your boat up at your campsite. Very popular lake for wave runners, boaters and fisherman, especially on the weekends. I like that the campground is next to a big and really nice...

“Reserve in advance for winter. Lake side sites are more private but don't all have a lake view due to trees. Far back is best.”
