Dear amazonienne, We appreciate you sharing your feedback. I am so very sorry if at any time you were not met with only professional and friendly service at our Front Desk. This is not the level of service we want to give our guests, and it is truly unacceptable. Furthermore, if you were having such challenges with the shower, we should have addressed it with Engineering and moved you to another room if we had one available. As for the water charge, we do have both complimentary bottles and larger ones for a charge available in our guestrooms. I agree that if the water which is for sale was not the one you used, then we should have removed the charge. I will be sharing your comments with our Front Desk Team so as to prevent any future occurrences of this nature. In addition, I truly apologize if you were promised a call from management and then no one got back with you. I personally was not aware of this request and do regret that this information was not shared with me or our General Manager. I assure you one of us would have contacted you. I will be addressing this with our Associates as well. Please know that I have shared your feedback with the managers of Shula's 345 Grill so they are aware of your experience. Although they are not operated by the hotel, they are expected to provide a high level of guest service. Again, we thank you for your feedback and will make improvements where needed.

I was staying here purely as I was attending a meeting in the hotel so for convenience stayed there... BIG MISTAKE!

Dear NicEinUK, Thank you for sharing your thoughts, as it is with our guests' feedback that we are able to make improvements where necessary. We are so very sorry that your stay was anything but an enjoyable one. I regret if we did not do all we could to resolve the challenges you were having, as we only want to provide excellent experiences for our guests. We should have been able to offer you a different room and should have made sure that we resolved any maintenance issues that occurred. I will be sharing your comments with our entire team so we can prevent any future instances of this nature. Furthermore, I apologize that when you arrived our Front Desk Associate did not let you know our Westin Club Lounge is not open on the weekends. Although this is listed on our website and no additional rate is required for our Executive Floor over the weekends, our Associate should still have informed you. I will make sure that we improve in this area. In addition, I am disappointed that you found our rooms to be unsatisfactory. As the hotel opened in 2009, we have refreshed our hotel in the past year with a renovation of our Lobby, meeting rooms, and guestroom hallways. We are in the process of resurfacing our pool, and will continue this with a refresh of our guestrooms in 2019. Although we are excited for this refresh, we will continue to do all we can to exceed our guest expectations. Again, thank you for your comments.

Our brunch was very disappointing and the Westin did not live up to the contract. Initially,there was no fruit or lox as stipulated. Eventually small lox portions were brought out after we complained, but then it was replaced with less expensive alternatives. We arranged and paid

I assure you this is not the experience we want provided and I have shared your comments with the Director of Catering. Please know that catering is not operated by The Westin Lake Mary itself, but we do expect the company responsible to provide service that meets the high level of standards associated with the Westin name. The Director of Catering has assured me that he is looking further into this event, and I will follow up with him to make sure any necessary improvements are made and that future guests do not have the same experience.

I booked my room with a debit card. I dont have a credit card and I'm wondering how much of an incidental hold will be placed on my debit card? Thanks in Advance
usually the debit card will hold the entire amount of your stay. Hotels usually have a placard that says what happens with debit cards, but it is up to your bank, not the hotel.

Are you located close to central Florida regional hospital on Seminole Blvd ?
It's close enough where I would want to stay at the Westin Lake Mary. Easy drive even in rush hour.

Is there nice loung chairs and towels at the pool
Pool towels are not great, but they are poolside. The lounges are there too - not many lounges and they are an older style. This pool area is not conducive to spending a day at the pool. Also, the hot tub was not working for the 3 days we were there in March.

Hi there, I would like a pick up from the airport one day and a drop off the next, is it correct that you have a shuttle service? If so, how would I avail of this service. Thanks
Sounds like you were emailing the hotel based on your wording but anyway....here is my answer, It depends which airport you are flying into. If you are flying into Sanford (sfb) then yes, there is a shuttle upon request and based on availability. If you are flying to Orlando (mco) the to then I am 99% sure they do "not" have a shuttle service to the hotel. Call them or check their site.
