Cabin on the Lake is a beautiful bed and breakfast, its comfortable and the hosts are focused on their guests comfort. Most of the guests are traveling to visit Cassadaga. But you do get guests that swim and boat Lake Mary.

My friend and I spent one night in the Antiques room. The bed and the day bed were both very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The location was great; it's in a quiet town, but close to Interstate 4. Heather is the hostess and we loved talking to her. Her breakfast was great. I was impressed at her grits,...

my parents have lived in lake helen for close to 20 years and I did not know this place existed. The pictures are true it is very nice, very quiet and very clean. Great location about halfway between Orlando and Daytona. It has a nice porch to hang out on and also a dock on the lake if you want...

Cabin on the lake is actually situated across the street from the lake. It is geared towards people wanting to visit the Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp of mediums close by. When we checked in the host presented us with a guide book to the camp. The bed was very hard and left me with a backache.... The English breakfast is nice...

Sometime ago, we were looking to go somewhere different, and decided on Cassadaga, the somewhat famous spiritualist colony, located around an hour or so north of Orlando. Wanting a place to stay over a couple of days, we chose this charming retreat which had just recently opened. The owners were from England, and they chatted freely with us on the...

We've stayed here numerous times. Our daughter lives in Orlando and we visit Cassadaga, just a few miles from the B&B. We usually take the Captain's Room. We have two dogs, who are welcome, and the owner Heather, goes the extra mile to make sure our stay is pleasant. And she includes a huge English-style breakfast in the price for...

This B&B is in a gorgeous location in Lake Helen. It was the perfect distance from our family who live nearby in Lake Helen, and walking distance to most of the town. The hosts are friendly and gracious and Heather is prepared to offer a delicious custom breakfast to her guests. The house is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms...

We booked our stay due to a review on this site- hope you will, too! I agree with the other reviewers. I loved the bit of England we experienced- Heather related info on English customs- they really do eat beans at a full English breakfast! The breakfast was cooked to order- you can have anything ( and everything on the...

We were initially looking for an accommodation around Orlando and all the hotspots around but we were happy we eventually found this unique accommodation online. This place is ideal if you want to escape from Mickey's big ears. The place is a 45 minute drive north from Orlando downtown, (I95 and take exit 116). Stunning setting with lake overview and...

My husband and I just returned from a weekend get-away at Cabin on the Lake Bed & Breakfast in Lake Helen, Florida. This was our first stay at a bed & breakfast inn and what luck to have chosen Cabin on the Lake. The location and setting was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for a relaxing weekend. Our room, which...
