This is a very nice resort to visit. It’s close to many many restaurants and activities not too far from Disney World. The staff is friendly and responsive. The units are large and well-maintained. The pools and hot tub are also very nice

Poly is central location for every & anything Orlando vacation could include. Disney, Sea world, Universal all less than 15 mins away and all shopping & resturants either walking distance or 5 to 10 mins driving. Medium size resort in Kissimmee, FL down the street from Disney( lol) jus that close it seems, but tucked away from the busy tourist traffic. You can even walk to Walmart, Cvs or Krispy Krem:) My home resort for 20 yrs my kids & family all loved coming here because of its relaxing atomosphere located in a perfect spot to everything.

Me and my family came for Christmas week. The resort is beautiful and the staff is VERY accommodating. However, if you have kids, be mindful that there maybe older residents or renters in the community that are not so kid friendly. Our toddlers were opening Christmas gifts the evening of Christmas Eve and were quite excited I’d say. The neighbors below us came up and knocked on our door to tell us to keep it down. I have no problem with that, but just to let others know with kids, that there maybe residents much older not in a kid mood. Lol. Besides. It was Christmas Eve and we were all in a holly jolly mood, but the neighbors weren’t I guess. So if you’re not really a kid person, definitely don’t reserve a bottom floor. Again, amazing resort. Amazing staff. Clean. Accommodating. Just wonderful. Just be sure you choose a top floor or bottom floor based on your personal preference prior. Now i know moving forward I may choose a bottom floor so my kids won’t disturb anyone. During the rest of our stay we will just ensure to tip toe around as a courtesy :)

Our room smelled stale and often smelled of cigarette smoke from surrounding balconies. We were kept awake by noise-banging and loud talking-every night. The phones never worked despite reporting them twice and we were never contacted about them. The laundry is shared for the floor-although “free” they are not at all convenient as expected in a gold crown.

We spent a week here immediately after Thanksgiving. This location is immaculate and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our unit was a 2 bedroom flat on the second floor in building 10. We were close to 3 spas, 2 pools, the tennis courts, and had parking in front of our unit. Free laundry was located immediately outside my front door - about 3 feet - and the only unit I would have had to share with was the neighboring unit. Our unit was spotless and perfectly set up for our use. The location of this resort is minutes from Disney, local shopping, restaurants, etc. Perfect location and even better team of staff - I cannot say that enough.
