The location was good and the price was not bad however it needs to be updated. The room felt gross and I bought Lysol just so I could feel better. The service was not very good. When I checked in there were no washcloths and when I called and asked she gave me attitude about some. I asked for 4 and she only gave me two and told me that was all they had. Then when they "cleaned" my room they did not replace the one they took. Then check out is not until 11 am, they were already knocking on my door before 10:30 am. I will not be visiting this location again.
Im sorry but the saying that you get what you pay for fits this one to the T. the staff was friendly cant say anything about that, but the rooms are terrible. gum on the carpet, stains in the blankets, on the towels. i was lucky to bring my own. the shower head was so rusted that pieces are falling off. The Mirror had who knows what on it.. Pros location, staff Cons Everything else ( even the elevator was broken).
Honestly the room felt a little gross and icky. Rooms are very antiquated, and feel like they have not been deeply cleaned. We had a lot of inconveniences, but I guess you get what you pay for. Most likely will not stay here again.
Good location, rooms were fine and had a good swimming pool. But room service wasn't that good. They weren't cleaned appropriately. Sometimes used towels were taken and fresh ones wouldn't be brought back until you call. Communication was a problem because some cleaning staff didn't speak English. Internet was terrible, almost non-existent. Staff kept saying they would fix it but it seemed they just wanted to get you off their desk. Same poor breakfast every day. At the end I had to move to another hotel. However there was one outstanding front desk staff called Karina, very professional and friendly, welcoming and trying to help as much as she could. She attended to customers beyond expectations and tried to make you forget all the trouble.
The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and customer service oriented. The pool is lovely and the breakfast is wonderful. You must check out the Ramada during your next visit to Kissimmee and or surrounding areas. You won't be disappointed!
