We stopped at this hotel on our last visit to Florida 8 years ago. The price remains fair for the area. There is plentiful parking and you get a large room. There is a decent breakfast served early enough to eat before going to the parks. We also enjoyed having a swim on our rest day. We would return.

I was a little leary pulling in, but the staff was more than welcoming. The room was clean, and beds were amazingly comfortable. More hot food choices for breakfast would be nice, but I would definitely return!

Normally you know what to expect when staying at a Quality Inn and it’s usually good. This place however was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It was absolutely filthy. I had food remnants, some sort of black unknown stain in the center of the room, other people’s hair on the toilet tank, urine stains on the toilet and to top it all off ROACHES. The pictures are from room 1113. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I got out of the shower, I discovered there were ZERO bath towels in my room. I can’t believe the absolute incompetence and lack of attention this place has. The manager was very apologetic and very nice and said this isn’t their normal standard however I have to disagree. There were piles of dust and debris in the corners of the room, next to the nightstand that are easily seen without moving any furniture. There is absolutely no excuse for operating a hotel in KISSIMMEE FLORIDA in this condition. Other than that, the hotel was very bland and reminded me of a college dorm or hospital. This is a no frills hotel but clean and quiet. It sits back off the main highway so you don't hear the noise. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The check in person was friendly. Really, no complaints except for the beds, they were quite soft and uncomfortable

This is an older style hotel on the outskirts of Kissimmee with friendly staff. There is no elevator which is not a problem as there are only 2 floors. Our room was a little dated, but it was very spacious with 2 double beds, coffee machine, flat screen TV and compact bathroom. We did find the beds little smaller and softer than we liked. The breakfast was quite basic with the usual chain hotel offerings, but very crowded and busy with queues for the waffle machine, toaster and coffee machine.

We spent two nights here in a king room. It was nice and roomy, with an easy chair and plenty of lamps with outlets for all of our devices. The bathroom was pretty small, but it worked. On the downside, there's no elevator; fortunately we were on the first floor. And when we went out about 11 all the maid carts were in the hallway, but when we came back in the evening no one one had done up our room. I'm guessing someone came around early when we had the DND sign out and they never checked again. A big plus was the new commercial-sized washer and dryer. And the friendly staff. The little gal in the breakfast room was awesome - she needed some roller skates to keep up with the Saturday morning crowd. They definitely need another waffle maker; the line was ridiculous. There is a really nice-looking pool area in the back courtyard. Too bad it wasn't nice weather so we didn't make use of it. Maybe next time. …

A less than stellar facade leads to a nice comfortable & value packed overnight stay. Clean rooms and a tolerable breakfast. Good choice for a no frills place to relax. In room coffee maker, microwave & fridge.

We came 8/13/19 to stay overnight for a state exam the next morning. Arriving late and as a family, we purchased 2 rooms. One for my daughters and I to sleep in and one for my husband so he could rest adequately for his testing. Within minutes of entering the room we spotted a roach on the toilet. We thought maybe just a fluke. Within 20 minutes my daughter found more and babies on the nightstand and even the bed. There was also trash and chicken wing bones on the floor in the hallway. We went immediately downstairs for a refund. Since we booked with hotel tonight. They couldn’t offer a refund directly. Now they say they don’t remember it happening and can’t tell hotel tonight what happened to honor the refund.

Hotel was very clean and check in was easy and pleasant. Bathroom was clean & everything worked as should. Room was 1 king with plenty of room. Room had frig, micro & coffee maker. Breakfast was standard waffles, juices, eggs/sausage, assorted breads & coffee/tea/hot chocolate. I used the business room however only one pc/printer but no one was using or was waiting for me to finish. Has pool/ice machine. Only thing negative is no elevator and some rooms are outside entrance. Only 2 floors but I chose an outside back building was little intimidated at first but even went back out for phone & cooler and felt ok. Outside lighting good and said they had security.

Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable bed. TV with clear reception, microwave, small fridge, very good water with good pressure for a great shower, hair dryer. Very quiet, no traffic noise, normal AC/fan noise. Very clean pool with towels available at poolside. Ice machine outside near pool so no room had to hear the ice machine noise. Hot breakfast, with hot eggs and sausage, bagels, donuts, coffee, etc. Attendant constantly refilling the food as it was depleted. Friendly and helpful staff.
