We are currently half way through our stay at this hotel and are having a wonderful time. The hotel is perfect for what we needed. Lots of space in the 2bedroom, 2bathroom suites and the hotel facilities are lovely. The breakfast is simple but delicious. But the stand out part of this hotel for me is the staff. Gabriel on reception is amazing - a credit to the hotel and he helped us out massively when British Airways made an error on our booking. He’s a star. The breakfast staff and bar staff are also really friendly. We have already said that we would happily stay here again.

We were only there for 2 nights, while visiting Epcot. It was very convenient to get to the park, but we arrived at night and the signage was not enough, so we drove past it. I will say that we had our 2 dogs with us and the room looked like they weren't the first ones in that room. They did not have a place to exercise the dogs, but there were some empty lots to throw a ball in. I was a little disappointed that after 2 days they didn't empty our trash or make the beds. Yet, enjoyed the size of the room and the fact that it had a full kitchen.

Older hotel. Pleasant staff. Roomy suites. Very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. Only issue, older buildings have thin walls. Heard the neighbors a few times, but that was it. Bed was comfortable and I fell asleep just fine.

Let’s start with check-in the young lady was very nice and friendly she even was knowledgeable about the local area. The room was clean and smelled very well. The Breakfast was hot and lots of options to choose from.

We had a pleasant experience at the hotel. We stayed just over a week, we are a big family and we liked the way we were treated. The maids make the beds with the sheets we sleep on, in other words, they are not changing sheets or bedding yet, I am not sure when they will return with the normal cleaning services, because the covid has already passed. But our room managed to stay clean every other day, and we are grateful for the help of the young Rafaela, at the reception, who always sent us extra towels, comforters, and could help with other types of services and doubts we had at the end of the trip. Breakfast is good and has many options. This hotel is located in a great area, close to everything, especially downtown and Universal parks, which were our goal.

Staying at the Staybridge Suites was a good experience overall. The hotel is good looking, nothing fancy, but great accommodation and nice staff. Rafealla at the front desk is excellent and helps with anything you need. Breakfast is good but could vary more. Heated pool is a plus on the cold evenings. Location is great if you are there for the themed parks or for the pleasure of free time with your kids. We'll be back on May!

Not like other Staybridge hotels. It was more like a cheap motel. Dirty linens piled up in the open hallway. Walls have been repainted so many times that the paint is starting to bubble and peel. Located behind a gas station. Doesn’t feel entirely safe.
