We had a perfect family stay at this hotel for our 5 day Disney World holiday. We were 2 adults and 1 child and I have absolutely no complaints what so ever about our experience here. Prior to booking, I had read all the reviews on Expedia, Booking and Trip Advisor as well as Google, to try and get a feel for the place. The 9 star reviews were accurate and I was so pleased with our stay. Here is what we loved: Fast and easy check-in and check out, with friendly informative service at front desk. Newly renovated bedrooms, very clean, with brand new very comfortable queen beds, new modern decor and furniture. There is a fridge, microwave, and K-Kup coffee machine, so if you have a favourite K-Kup brand, bring some from home. They do have free coffee in the room and downstairs, but it might not be the strongest. I was happy to have brought some Tim Hortons Medium from home. The bathroom had a long counter with two sinks, so that was much appreciated for getting ready in the morning. The tub could use an updated renovation, but that did not bother us. The room was very quiet and we did not hear any neighbours at all. So sleep quality was great, especially since we had parks to visit 5 days in a row. I had requested a room away from the elevators which was honoured. I appreciated that the hallways were carpeted, so we never heard any suitcases rolling by either. If you wanted new towels, you left them on the floor. If you did not, you hung them up. The maid service was available daily, but we just put a Do Not Disturb sign each day, unless we wanted fresh towels. Each morning we had plenty to eat before going to the parks. There were always tables available in the dining room breakfast area in the lobby. Every day there were hot eggs, either scrambled or cheese omelette, and the meat would either be sausages or ham slices. There were pastries such as bagels, bread for toasting, and a pancake maker which my son loved. You just clicked on the number of pancakes you wanted and out they popped from the machine. There was also a variety of cold cereals and fresh milk, and yogourt cups (plain and fruit flavours), as well as bananas and apples for fresh fruit, to get some fibre. There was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice in the beverage dispensers. After breakfast we would wait out front and hop on one of the free shuttle buses to the park. This hotel is the 2nd pick up place (the 1st being across the street) the the shuttle was always nearly empty or empty when we got on, and we were the 2nd people to be dropped off at night, which was great. The shuttles times to the parks during March 2024 were the following: 8:30 AM Magic Kingdom, 10:30 Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. You have to Uber or Lyft to Animal Kingdom but you are only a few minutes away, so you won't pay more than $8-10 USD in the morning and $15 at night. On our last morning we wanted to sleep in and go to Magic Kingdom, so instead of taking the 8:30 AM shuttle, we took the 10:30 shuttle to EPCOT and transferred on the monorail to the TTC at Magic Kingdom, which worked out great. Please note that YES, the shuttles do go to around 5-6 other hotels and pick and drop people off in the immediate area. So that can take around 15-20 minutes extra, but once you are off, you head straight to WDW with no further delays. I didn't mind, as we weren't in a rush or hurry. We saved a lot of money on food by staying at this hotel, as we were able to just buy lunch and dinner at Disney parks, and we saved a lot of money with the free shuttles. This hotel cost us $140 per night Canadian, so $100 USD per night, all taxes and fees included. They do not have resort fees, they do not charge extra for parking. It is a fantastic value if you just need a place to sleep, refuel, and get transportation to parks. They also have a shuttle to Universal and SeaWorld departing at 7:05AM which we did not use. The pool looked very nice, but we did not get a chance to use it. There were always lounge chairs available as I think hardly anyone uses the pool, they are all at the parks during the day. So you can have the pool to yourself basically. For shopping, there were 2 gift stores right next door to get some souvenirs, a Walmart across the street (10 minutes walk) and restaurants along the street. It is also worth mentioning that you do not hear heavy traffic in the rooms either, as you are just slightly off the main street, on a quiet lane. I would recommend this place as a fantastic value hotel, giving you everything you would need: sleep, quiet, breakfast and shuttles to parks daily, in a perfect location. I would return here and recommend it to anyone travelling on a budget, who doesn't need a resort ambiance.…
