We were happy with the resort and the fact that they have dedicated pet units so we were able to bring our fur baby along for an additional pet fee. The 2-story townhouse design meant there was room to spread out with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo upstairs and shower only downstairs. Spacious screened patio with dining table and lounge chair was also a plus and the unit was very clean. The grounds were very well-kept and the staff were all courteous and friendly. The free waterpark with slides, lazy river and hot tub is an excellent value and we enjoyed eating and drinking at the poolside bar. Join their Rewards Program free when making your reservation for reduced rates and additional bonus perks on arrival like free welcome drinks and free daily grab-n-go continental breakfast. The one area for improvement would be the unit maintenance. We had two units and both units we had issues with figuring out how to turn on the shower as they were jammed. The maintenace staff came within minutes and showed us the 'trick' to get the shower on, which he must have had to show many guests by now since he seemed to know exactly what was wrong before we could even get the words out. A sweep of all appliances, knobs and plumbing to ensure they are properly working in each unit prior to check-in is suggested, as we also had an issue with food jammed in the dishwasher so the dishes did not come out clean/sanitized. For the price you just can't beat it. There rooms are nice and comfy and the pool is great! Who needs to pay for a water park when you have water slides and a lazy river. RYAN at the front desk goes above and beyond to be helpful. And CHRIS made us comfortable in our poolside cabana. The entire staff is friendly and ready to help. It was a great stay and we will be back.

We stayed here again for New Years and once again was so happy with the service and hospitality of Jose and his entire team. This is the best kept secret and value in the Kissimmee area that I’ve ever found. Our room was perfectly cleaned and comfortable for our stay. The pool area is always relaxing and fun. The cabanas are a fantastic deal. Get one. You wont be sorry. The games and activities are endless. Something fun for everyone. The bar area is a nice feature of the pool area. Get drinks for the kids and adults as well as a menu for lunch and sit at the bar or take back to your pool chairs or room. Very convenient. The bar tender works hard and fast. He’s a sweetheart. This was our Christmas gift to our 4 granddaughters. This resort is everything and more. 5 Stars in every category. A Big thank you to Dylan for saving my husband from drowning. He was definitely on his game. 👍 Oh and thanks Chris the Zombie for scaring my little girls while they giggled at the same time. Very nice young man. Great with the kids. Staff all super. This was our second time staying here! We love the pool area, the expanse of the place and the outdoor foos ball table. Christmas Day my daughter and I were out playing foos ball and Chris was very nice and cheered us on and told us whoever won to come see him and he’d give us free snow cones! Before we even finished playing he came back and gave us free vouchers to get snow cones and was very nice wishing us a Merry Christmas and watched us play! My 7 year old beat me 😂 The staff were all very nice and welcoming, but Chris went above and beyond! Thank you Chris!
