Very disappointed with how this property conducts their customer service and with how they treat their guests with disabilities. I have a service animal which whom I provided all paperwork for at time of checking in, however, I received a very upsetting phone call from the hotel staff during my stay. Staff called and threatened to have my service animal picked up by animal control officers if I didn’t show up immediately. Afraid I’d have my service animal taken by animal control, I was unable to go to Disney World which was the purpose of my visit and therefore lost all the money we spent for park tickets and basically the entire trip cost altogether. But that’s not all, once we arrived back home, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card from the hotel and after calling them to ask what the charges were for, I learned that they charged me for “dirty” towels and wash cloths because according to them the wash cloths and towel were too dirty and therefore considered “damaged” In conclusion, I would not recommend this hotel, specially if you plan on using your towels and wash cloths.…
C'mon people, you're paying 55 dollars per night for a motel and for that money, you get quite a bit. Stop complaining. The grounds are clean, the pool is actually very nice, the rooms are cold and clean, the ice machines never fail, and if you act like a decent human being, the staff in the office are very friendly. the cable is limited, but you get 3 HBO channels, espn, all the cable news, hgtv, a couple of cartoon channels and etc. This is the perfect little hotel for a family that wants to put thir money toward tacky souvenirs and family memories instead of four star accomodations. I have stayed here 8 nights on two separate trips and it's really just fine. The white sock test passed with flying colors and they are very aware and responsive to Covid. I'm in construction remodel and have actually remodeled Motel 6 rooms. I will never stay at Motel 6, ever, but this place is ok. I'm a Hilton diamond member, btw, and when I vacation I'll stay there. But when I need clean, cold, cheap rooms for a job, then I would recommend the Monete Carlo.…
If I could give no stars I would! I took a video but it doesn't give me the option to post. No running hot water all day. When we got the room for an extra night nothing was said at that time. That was about 10:30am. After getting some paperwork done, about 12/12:30ish I went to take a shower and there was no running hot water. That's when I realized and called. I was told it would be on by 8. At 8:15pm... Still no hot water and now not even enough water pressure to take a shower. I called and was told by 10. At 10:16pm.... Still nothing. I called and am told to take a cold shower then was hung up on. I go to the office and the guy in the office says he tried to call the night before but we didn't answer. Lies. I wouldn't have gotten another night knowing there wouldn't have been hot water or even enough water pressure to take a shower. Hello! He didn't say anything till I called about 12:30pm. After I already paid for the extra night. That's when he said he tried to call... bull. But whatever. He said it would be on by 8pm. I was ok with it because I get it... things happen. But all day?!?!!? 10 something and still nothing. Tell me if I'm wrong...I went out without taking a shower thinking I'd come back and get one. Just to come back and still be patient, instead of complaining I changed and chilled. I didn't expect a free night... but I mean... I felt like at least do something to compensate for the inconvenience. While I was in the office a guest arrived he told me to leave the office. I said ok... But make sure the next guest knows about the water and you should at least give them a discount considering there was no hot water or enough water pressure to take a shower... that's when he told me to shut the f*%¥ up and called the police. There were cameras in the office. I kept my composure. I was surprised that he lied... knowing that he didn't say anything to me about the water... I do have video. Consumer beware!!!! Anyone who takes your money... or you do business with and can lie about a situation in your face... even lie to the police.. knowing the truth... instead of making the situation right continue to lie... I wouldn't do business here again. Ever. Bad business. I 100% understand things happen... but to lie. And continue instead of just saying 'sorry... we messed up' no thank you. I was waiting to rate this place till we left. Perfect example as to why it's good to wait till business is completely done. The customer service sucks! Like for real.…
Let me start by saying if I could give a negative star rating it would be a negative 5 stars. I normally don’t give reviews of places unless I feel they truly need it. But this place is so bad I had to give a review so someone doesn’t make the mistake I have. This place is the worst room I’ve ever seen. In a busy area like Kissimmee with lots of tourist visiting you would think they would have a clean room and try to get people to stay. But nope The room is very dirty. There’s dirt on the wall, dirt on the floor, dirt on the doors, dirt on the bed, hair on the bed, there’s mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, things spilt on the chairs, something split on the front of the night stands, food pieces in the ridge, spider webs on the ceiling, Open electrical boxes ( major electrical hazard), the shower is dirty, bathroom ceiling is cracking (looking like it’s going to fall), and every inch of this place is dirty. The bed only has a sheet on it no blanket or comforter in the room (which more than likely would of been dirty just like the rest of the room). The room smells musky so someone sprayed a bunch of cheap cologne in the room to help mask the odors but only made it worse. The best advice I can give someone about this place is to DRIVE right by and never look back. If you like staying in a very dirty room then this place is just the right place for you.…
Stayed here 2 nights early February for a tournament and was very pleased! Room was clean, property was clean also and very well priced. Would definitely recommend if on a budget and will stay again in the future!!!
okay first of all all these reviews are absurb..number 1, the wifi sucks, 2, the air conditioner was so loud and making noises that its keeping us up bc we are still here for a week, 3 the outlets short out and when u plug something in the cord gets extremely hot..4, the covers suck. 5, the door to outside doesnt shut all the way and u can see the outside through the cracks. 6, the pool is not open due to covid and they dont telll u that till u get here and figure it out yourself. 7, one very tiny tiny freezer, big enough to put a ice tray in and thats it, 8 they tell you they need a cc to hold but you can pay when u get here and that was a lie. it went through my account before i got here, 9 the sink was very dirty. 10.the tv sucks. it cuts in and out. sorry but not sorry this place sucks. isnt worth the money even though it was resonalble. u get what you pay for..dont listen to these good comments..they must like trash bc it isnt worth 60 a night mabe 20 but no more,,not staying here again and i will warn others. js...not happy at all....oh and the coffee pot had mold in it and we didnt know after we done drink coffee out of it..…
This is a great hotel for the money. Clean, no carpet on the floors( I love because it’s cleaner), lots to do around the hotel. Friendly. Food and shopping is close. Two beds, two refrigerators, microwave, nice shower
We spend three nights in this motel to visit DisneyWorld. Great points : - It was very convenient to access to the parc by Uber : 15min of ride, around 8-15$ each depending on if you have promo code. - bed was huge and very comfortable - shower was great - there is a table and 2 chairs to sit and eat - great staff - Target is just 2min away (by car) to grab something to eat at diner or breakfast - a lot of restaurants and shops around - nice price (180€ for the 3 nights) Negative points : - the WiFi wasn’t pretty good - the road is very close so it can be annoying to sleep - the room was clean but not spotless (coffee machine was’nt clean everyday whereas I used it daily, the floor did’nt seem to be clean daily too) - there was a strange smell when we first came into the room but it disappeared then Still a great deal to visit Orlando and the outlets ! …
We stayed for three days at this hotel while visiting the leisure parks. The room was large with a huge double bed and adequate showering and toilet facilities. The bed sheets were good quality. It is very convenient to the main road leading to the dIsney parks. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is very noisy and we had to switch it off at night. There is a good swimming pool which we used. The room is generally clean and this is done well daily but there is some ground in dirt on the hard floor. This would indicate to me that they don’t do enough regular floor washes. The cost of this room in Kissimmee is very reasonable.
Everything was fine until 3rd night when each day consecutively a cockroach appeared in the bathroom. Each day either me or my wife had to kill one cockroach, personnel is wonderful and very attentive and helpful but is the first time in 12 years that I've been visiting Orlando that cockroaches appear in any of the hotels
