A great place to wind down. Just like an "Old Florida" getaway. Located on the bay side with good dockage for our boat and easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Dated but clean accommodation. Friendly and efficient staff.

My friends and I had the honor of staying at Kon-Tiki this weekend while on a golf outing in the Florida Keys. This resort is exceedingly beautiful and very personal in its approach to guest care. The bang for buck is much better than other local resorts and we will hopefully be welcomed back again for our winter Jai-Alia fantasy...

The staff here were friendly. The rooms are clean and simple. A great deal for the money. They have a pool, barbecue grills, hammocks, a boat ramp and dock. The resort is near Holiday Isle and Whale Harbor. Lorelei's, Robbie's Hungry Tarpon, Lazy Days restaurant and The Bass Pro shop. These are just a few of my favorites. Located in...

I almost don't want to say how much I love this place as it is a wonderful retreat that I do not want to change. It has a great boat dockage, tiki hut and pool area. Wildlife can be observed all around and the sunsets are epic. All the rooms are uniquely decorated. The staff takes great care in maintaining...

We went down for our first Keys trip and this "resort" was recommended by a friend. I must admit the property was clean but also outdated. Not sure if the term "resort" applies. The locals refer to it as "Old Florida". The front desk clerk was not very warm and fuzzy but it's possible she was having a bad day...

As a Florida Native that visits the Keys frequently, this is one of our favorite places to stay! Clean, quiet and a throwback to they way it used to be. Perfect location to check out the sights or just relax in a hammock and waste the day away. ALWAYS look forward to returning!!

My husband has been staying here for 40 years, me for the last 20, and it's just a great place. Most units aren't fancy but management keeps the place immaculate and they are as nice and helpful as they can be. It's great to be able to put the boat in for the week, dock/recreational area are also great. Have...

I have stayed at The Kon Tiki many times over the years, and it is always a pleasant experience. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is very friendly. They do not charge for using the boat ramp when you are staying there, and the docks are very good. I will be back again.

Been staying here for yrs upon yrs. This time we used rooms 1&2. They are the priciest rooms however in my opinion the best. Best, view, closest to the docks and pool, great bar in #1, super front deck, and most modern of all. They even have fishing rod racks in the patio. I would love for them to fix...
