The resort is right on the water and so the view from just outside our room was perfect. Lots of nice areas for sitting outside with shaded areas, hammocks and a heated pool. The room was clean although nothing fancy but who would want to stay inside with scenery like that on your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and...

The room was clean. It doesn't state that you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The resort was nice, a lot of fishermen and it seemed as if everyone knew each other. We did not try the pool but it looked nice. It was very reasonable compared to other resorts on Islamorada.

We were staying at Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood. We decided to drive down for the day and take in the sites of the Keys. We loved it and decided to stay one night. I was already paying for a night at a resort at $350 night and didn't want to pay another $350 to say in the keys. I really...

Pretty much what we expected. Several options on room sizes available, but all we needed was a room while traveling through. We got the smallest one they had, which had a bath, bed, TV, small fridge, etc. Heated pool was nice. Room was reasonably clean. Boat ramp on property so would be a great place if you take your boat...

So very disappointed, though the people who managed or owned this resort were extremely friendly, the cottages were not clean, not updated, many insects, including roaches..grand daddy size. Slept with lights on every night. We had 2 cottages..my little grandchildren had more bug bites than I've seen on a small body. The "water view" is a dirty, pond..with everything including jellyfish, and...

We do appreciate the positive comment made about our friendly staff and we thank you for that. However, I am saddened that someone would actually spend four days in our resort and not address this type of an issue with our office or maintenance staff. If this had really occurred and had it been reported to us, it most certainly...

This place is beautiful. Tucked away amidst palms and the sea, an enchanting little escape. We went for a weekend wedding and everyone here was extremely helpful and attentive. The landscape is tropical, there are hammocks, a dock and a sandy beachfront. Each room is different depending on what you are looking for. They offer a great variety of room...

I first fell in love with this place a few years back, yet didn't make a return trip until recently. Oh, what a fool I've been. This is perhaps the best value for the Islamorada bang, with an extra dash of Tiki thrown in. My first time here, on the fly, we stayed in the lowest price room. It was...

Extremely helpful when making reservation to make sure they could accommodate our boat. We called informing them we were going to be late arriving they told us all information will be in the mailbox waiting for us. We arrived got our key and went to the room. The room was spacious and very clean. The air conditioner froze us out!!...

Kon Tiki is very clean and well manicured with a private boat launch and plenty of parking for your trailer and also dock mooring for smaller boats. Perfect for a weekend of boating or an extended stay. The staff are accommodative and friendly helping with any need you might have. The area is very easy to navigate by vessel with...

The rooms are old, smelly, and outdated. Staff is unfriendly. About 2 hours after we checked in we noticed a roach on the floor next to the bed. I mentioned this to the desk personnel and was told "that's part of being in Florida". At that point I would have checked out if I could have, but I did not...

We here at the Kon Tiki Resort take great stride in customer satisfaction. In any given business where a customer or client has the ability to write subjective reviews about their experiences with a particular hotel, motel or resort can sometimes be dishonest. We only have three persons that work in the office and no one here would have given...
