I know when your on vacation the staff are supposed to make you happy but I think the group here are genuinely good people and fun to be around from the first minute we walked in. Even the guys running the marina were really great and super nice and went the extra mile to help with fishing and boating. I...

Waterfront resort with all the amenities, on a cut between islands, great for access to the ocean or gulf, was going to rent a boat for a couple days across the way, weather didn't cooperate, great view, great beds, awesome helpful and friendly staff, phenomenal service, really good food.

Some of my friends and I booked a room there and they were fully booked when we got there. We were put on a houseboat which wasn't the best. We were very upset but sometimes things happen. I like to see how the staff responds to mishaps before passing judgement. Dave, the Chef was more than nice to us doing...

I recently went to the Keys on vacation with my sister and stayed for the duration of our trip at the Smuggler's Cove Resort and Marina. It was a very pleasant stay. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a motel/hotel/resort. The only downside was they have no pool and they advertise a private beach,...

Wasn't sure what to expect since it was one the least expensive hotels during spring break that had a marina. I was extremely happy during my 3 day stay. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The daily FREE drink and FREE cooked breakfast before 11 is unbeatable. The location is prime with...

I was skeptical of the hotel but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Staff was friendly upon arrival and the vibe was really cool. The property was very clean especially in common areas. The room was very clean and spacious; my on,y recommendation would be to update the bathrooms. Nothing was broken or needed repairs but the look could have...

There are no resort amenities - ZERO- completely false advertising. Customer service is completely absent. If there is someone there they could care less about your experience - "haha, we already have your money" No employees around between 8pm and 11 am. We felt smuggled of our money and time. 3 sleepless nights. Staying in one of the house boats...

I stayed here 20 years ago and it was like a mans fish camp. NOT ANYMORE!!! Smack dab on the waterway to Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Chris, the manager, was very hospitable and a sweet heart. We felt like we knew him for year. Amy, the bar/server, is an Amazing Soul!!!! My new sister from a different Mr. Lol.😆....

I stayed for one night and it was beyond creepy. Honestly, I did not feel safe. The people next door were up all night long, the noice from the highway was very loud and the room was dirty. Dust bunnies under the beds, bathroom had a used wash cloth hanging in the shower. Hair on the floor in the bathroom...

Friendly, relaxed, clean, comfortable. Food for dinner and breakfast was just right. Good burger and beer combination. Amy and Michelle made us feel at home. I would highly recommend and will look forward to returning.
