We loved Key West so much that we ended up extending our stay! The Nyah hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was super cosy and had a lovely breakfast every morning. The pool facilities were great with a choice of three pools and a Jacuzzi to choose between. Raquel on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly throughout out stay. She helped us book activities whilst on the island and made some recommendations which really made our trip one to remember! Thank you Raquel! We drove to key west so the only thing to note is that if you have a car just bear in mind that there is limited parking. We had to park a few streets over as a lot of the spaces are for residents with permits. Overall a great stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. A true key west experience. Nice people, beautiful property, great location! Short bike ride to all attractions. Parking was easy to find down the street and free too. Beautiful neighborhood to take a stroll.

Checked in my room to find the tv not working and it was dirty they had someone to clean the room and told me they couldn’t fix the tv and wasn’t going to reimburse me my money I asked to talk to a manager but they said he was gone for the day and they couldn’t do nothing about it

Everything was great, the room was clean, the Pool was Open until Midnight, everyone was very Kind, the hostel is located very Good you can walk everywhere in a short time. The bar has an happy hour and the included breackfast is nice

This is like an upscale hostel for adults. Comfortable for a small group sharing a room. Clean and convenient. Three pools, a hot tub, and a bar, so you could do a lot worse. And it was a great value.

It was $100 per night when the other places were about $300. It's walkable to a parking lot (charges $40 per day), and absolutely walkable to other places like Duval street or the square. i am a short female and felt comfortable and safe walking around, even at night. Rooms are very nice and amenities are included. Would recommend it!

From the first day I have been very impressed. The lobby area is very welcoming. The pool area is good located between lobby and rooms. You are staying in a clean room. It is nice set up. I had first booked for one night. But I extended for 2 more nights. I supposed to be to go in a different room. But as I talked to lovey Raquel she understood straight away. And I could stay in the same room. That was overwhelming how she dealt with the situation. Thank you for taking care lovely Raquel!

Excellent and I'll come back again. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is very comfortable for sleep and pretty big, locker is spacious and clean, bathroom is modern and clean, pool is nice, breakfast is good, it is always the same but good,there is deck on top of building where is possible to catch lots of sun and panoramic view, 24/7 free starbucks fresh coffee machine, happy hour for the drinks.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area was great. Will be staying here again. I accidently blew a fuse in the bathroom and someone came and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend staying here.

Was nothing like pictures online. Needs updating, painting, pressure washing and a friendlier staff. The parking is not guaranteed. Had to park a few blocks away and that was only because we were lucky someone vacated a spot.
