This is a clothing optional establishment. Apparently. Our group was not told this, but we overheard them tell another group, which explained why as we were leaving for lunch one day there was a nude girl in the pool of our courtyard. This could be a positive or negative, depending on what you want from your stay. The amenities of...

Management response:

It is unfortunate when guests prevented from doing as they wish while intoxicated decide to write falsehoods on public forums. These five couples are angry with us because they were wildly out of control every night of their stay. Overnight front desk staff repeatedly responded to complaints from surrounding rooms of loud music/partying/arguing/domestic disputes not only at 11pm but into...

I read all the reviews, good and bad (the outstanding reviews easily outweigh the poor reviews) and am rating Simonton Court as an excellent property to stay at during your Key West visit, Located on Simonton with several on site parking spaces and just a walk away to the most fun there is...

Went w a friend for "girls weekend" and while there was a lot right about the place, they really overlooked the small stuff that makes a place memorable. The front desk staff was lackluster and the rooms, in a converted cigar factory, were cute, but the renovations were pretty poorly handled. From the dark shower that had those large shampoo...

We stayed over Labor day weekend. We were very pleased with the room, we stayed in a suite TH2 with a quaint pool ( one of 4 on the property )in a somewhat private location due to the beautiful flora and landscaping. There seemed to be a number of interesting rooms in which to stay. The property has a great...
