This was our second stay at the Garden House. After booking the first stay despite some seriously concerning reviews, we couldn't have been happier with our stay so we booked it again. Very nice size room, small bathroom, cold air conditioning, clean and very quiet. We loved the small but quaint pool and poolside area. Very close to all the... More

Steve the shuttle driver, morning continental breakfast lady, housekeeping was great. We will never go back: Property management was terrible. Place is run down and yet still asking quality property rates. We stayed in room 6 and had to use shower curtain+towels to cover large gaps in the french door blinds that allowed a view of the bed from outside.... More

Room was real nice, close to action but in a residential area so if was quiet, had a pool. They had an outside frig and snacks open 24/7. Room was nice, I stayed in Unit 12 and it was a large room with a full bathroom. It was very comfortable.

Perhaps before, when run by owners, this place had Key West charm… no longer. Now, I believe, it’s just a property management money-maker. To be fair, its location is good, some breakfast/room attendants were friendly, and the tiny pool was nicely heated. On the other hand, if the wacky gate light doesn’t frustrate you, the hard-to-work gate and room locks... More

I was a little nervous about check-in after reading the reviews here, but it went without a hitch! I called from the airport and they sent a shuttle to get us. The shuttle was great, driver was friendly, had water available for us and took us to the check-in office. Check-in was super easy. They had all the paperwork ready... More

Room was tiny as was bath; hard to get 2 people in without bumping into each other. Only 1 nite table, dresser had pulls missing so you couldn't open several drawers, breakfast not well organized: sometimes there was toaster and juice, sometimes not. WiFi unreliable and cable didn't work most of time. Outdoor security lighting broken and made coming home... More

We visited for Hemingway Days. The location was fantastic for our needs with Green Parrot, Schooner Wharf, Sloppy Joes, and Duval Street close at hand. Our room was clean, we had hot breakfast each morning and spent each afternoon cooling off in the pool. The inn is an original conch cottage with painted wood walls and ceilings. I would recommend... Perfect room for couples. Big comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a small fridge for our leftovers. Close enough to Duval Street without the chaos of being on Duval. Breakfast in the morning by the pool was perfect. Can't wait to come back.

The property was very nice. It was extremely quiet due to its location away from Duvall Street, which was something that I appreciated. The room was quite comfortable, as it was just me in the room. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. The only real drawback is that the parking situation can be quite difficult, as you are basically... More

perfect gate away for a couple. Only complaint is the A/C is loud but unless a place has central air, its nearly impossible to make it quiet. Everything was clean. My girlfriend and I tough the place was perfect. Pool could use cleaning but otherwise perfect
