Had a fantastic stay at Southernmost Point Guesthouse. My wife and I bicycled the island, rented a "golf cart ", walked the entire length of Duval St., found good food around the island, and it was always so nice to return to the Guesthouse. The manager was always cheerful and would gladly share island information.

Clean spacious room. friendly front desk and beautiful grounds.Care has obviously been taken to maintain the home and do things the right way. The breakfast is what you find in much of KW lodging. It isn't gourmet but it is available and sitting on the porch during the beginning of the day was splendid. As for the pool/spa, it could...

I fell in love with this place. The lady whom stood in the lobby to welcome us, was so lovely, sweet and helpful. The room was just as we expected. The small breakfast was fine. It is located perfect. We rented some bikes and then is not far to enter the end at Duval street to go partying. I have...

This was such a nice Bed and Breakfast. I would recommend this place. The only little thing to be aware of, our mother who is 80 had a hard time going upstairs to our room. If you are traveling with someone that has a difficult time with steep stairs, ask for a room on the first floor. We didn't think...

I'm so glad we chose to stay at this guest house. From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a little bit special and different from your average hotel. It's a beautiful historic building surrounded by lush gardens. We were greeting warmly by Bobbi with the offer of a glass of wine or juice. Our room...

Great quiet location at the end of Duval Street, far enough away from the nightlife. Comfortable rooms, GREAT breakfast and the employees are all wonderful. This was a true Key West experience and after many many stays in Key West, I can truly say this was one of the best experiences.

For my 50th Birthday we decided to go to Key West. After looking online we did not want to stay at a hotel. We wanted a Key West vibe and thought a b n b type of place would be great. We also wanted to stay close to the beach, attractions as well as the Duval fun. The Southernmost Point...

The lady welcoming us at the hotel was supernice. All American kindness and warmth. The other deskladies we met during our stay were all very friendly aswell. Feel free to ask them for dining suggestions or even making a reservation for you. The hotel is obviously old, as many buildings around here, but very charming. The place breaths kolonial vibe....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to the southernmost guest house in the United States. At our Key West guest house, we offer southernmost hospitality, and since the late 1800s, we’ve gone to great lengths to make stays here an absolute pleasure. In fact, in 1894, when Cuban cigar-maker Eduardo H. Gato realized the handsome, rambling Victorian home he had built was not getting the right sun exposure on his favorite porches, he moved the house across the street! He had the huge structure rolled across the street on logs pulled by mules and he rotated the house to create the most favorable mix of sun and shade. ... more   less
