Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Jon at the front desk took the time on our first full day to show us around the map, "must see" locations, his favorite bars/restaurants, etc. Key West is a party town, and the Grand is only a 10 minute walk, or less on bicycle, from famous Duval Street. This is important in regard to...

The registration process was out of the ordinary; they provided not only introduction to the guest amenities, but also to Key West attractions. They also have a bike rental program at discounted prices. Parking was very convenient. Continental breakfast with ample choices.

The Grand Guesthouse was one of the best places we've ever stayed! With only 10 rooms, it is small and intimate and very relaxing. On the edge of Old Town Key West it was a breeze to get anywhere walking, but even better biking as they provided them on-site for a nominal fee. The Guesthouse manager, John, was superb at ensuring...

Excellent facilities and excellent staff made our visit a pleasure. It is close to Higg's beach and not too far from Duval but it is also nice and quiet. We are good walkers so we enjoyed strolling around and we even walked to the airport which took an hour. Very nice, highly recommended.

Small touches make a big impact on me, so I was very pleased with the sweet-smelling linens, adorable decor and hospitable service at the Grand Guesthouse. Jasmine went out of her way to make us comfortable, and we will surely be back. Highly recommended for a relaxing, no-fuss stay in the Conch Republic.

We arrived just as the owner was closing for the day and he stayed easily a half hour late to make sure we settled in okay and shared his suggestions and recommendations for the area as well...

The owner's were very friendly, they even offered us a Corona while we were checking in. They were very informative regarding things to do and see in the area. We stayed in Suite #6, which had a nice little kitchen and dining area when you first enter. The bed was comfy and the shower was very nice. Although we are...

We chose this B&B based on TA reviews and stayed here for 1 night in March. Hotel prices are ridiculous in Key West because there is a very limited number of places to sleep. Although we paid more for this B&B than we normally would ($380), it's below average/average compared to the other properties in Key West. Check in is...

Quiet spot on quiet residential street. Easy walk to Duval Street, which is incredibly fun (food, drink, nightlife, people watching), Ernest Hemingway's house and beaches. Small, nice room. Our room had a private patio with shade from palm trees. Free continental breakfast.
