This resort was fantastic, great staff from the front desk to the servers and grounds crew. They were always welcoming and appeared happy to be at work. Food was great and the rooms were very nice with comfy beds. Great location and the beach was nice.

Ryan picked us up and dropped us off for our departure, He was great. Gave us a lot of information about the Margaritaville stay. And upon early morning checkout 6:30 am he was prompt to shuttle us back to the airport with no problems and make the airport experience a positive Thank you Margaritaville Key West!!! Richard Crouch

I really enjoyed our stay. The staff made us feel welcomed and happy to see us. The front counter staff was awesome as well as the waitress and waiters. It was our 28th anniversary and couldn’t have asked for any better. Well worth the cost.

We stayed here for five nights in early May. The weather was perfect and the crowds were down. The hotel was a good choice for us. We wanted some beach time while in Key West and the only beach of any size on the island is across the road from the Margaritaville. It is a bit to far too walk downtown, but the complimentary shuttle takes all that away. It runs every hour so we never had a problem going to Duval street or any other attraction. Our room was great! We splurged on an ocean-view room with a balcony and were glad we did. We spent every morning on the balcony drinking coffee and enjoying the view. Coffee is provided 24/7 on each floor. Our room was cleaned every day while we were away with no problems (there was one minor problem with the TP holder falling off, but nothing of any significance.) Most employees went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We have to give special attention to Stephanie working at the pool/bar area. She worked very, very hard even though at times she was the only person working at the pool when it was crowded. That was the only real complaint we have. Twice we had to change our eating plans because we could not get food at the pool area. One time after waiting over an hour for our food, I asked about it and was told they had forgotten to place the order (this was a day Stephanie was not there.) The front desk, restaurant, and shuttle service was all above standard. We would probably try another hotel if we return to Key West in the downtown area. However, if you want a beach vacation with a resort feel, Margaritaville is a good choice.…

Excellent stay! Beautiful rooms. Pool area is awesome! Bar and food were delicious. Got married on the beach right across the street. Perfect location. Shuttles were great and so convenient. Bingo was awesome. Bless his heart for dealing with our large group. I didn’t take advantage of any extra perks but I know some of our friends did and they seem great!!

We had a great time. The concierge was great, and all of our shuttle drivers: Ryan, Bob, Bingo, and Johnny were informative and friendly. The rooms were clean, the pool was fun, key west was a blast overall.

My husband and I stayed at the Margaritaville Beach House for two nights. I'm actually glad we stayed there instead of closer to town because it was much more relaxing. We found driving around the center of town to be quite stressful (and parking is really expensive) so it's probably a good idea to take the hotel shuttle, which we didn't do. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the food was reasonably priced for being a resort. The room was really comfortable and everyone seemed like they were having a good time. The only thing that I can suggest is that it would have been nice to have some live music or other entertainment in the evening.

We enjoyed a 6 night stay at the Margaritaville Beach House in May 2022. The room was nice,clean, comfortable. Pool and bar staff were outstanding. The shuttle into town was always on schedule and the drivers very polite and willing to answer questions and give suggestions. A special shout out to Bingo who always provided a little Key West history on the trips. Also, bar tender Jason was phenomenal. He made sure that we always had what we needed while at the bar, whether it was just water, a drink or a meal. Jason also recommended that we have the kitchen prepare the fish that we had caught earlier that day. Excellent meal!! We had planned on taking the fish into town to be prepared. So glad we didn't..the food was delicious and it was so nice to enjoy it in such a beautiful location. Lastly, Christine provided excellent poolside drink service. Honestly, everyone was extremely helpful and we hope to return again in 2023.…
