Totally unpleasant! And the blond girl at Reservation very spoiled. Too expensive for this room! Dirty and stinky room, the TV did not work...I stay because it was 11pm and I was very tired. Nevet again!!! 👎👎👎
This room did not come with any of the amenities that were included with the room. It was very dirty. The front desk people were very rude. The place was worn out and out dated. the place is a dungeon.
The door clerk was behind a glass window The sheets on the bed had not been changed; there was a hair on the pillow. The frigerator had the door propped open with the electrical cord; it was rusted. The paint on the wall looked like it had been put on by a drunk teenager. I could not find the light switch to the light by the bed. The bathroom was cramped. It did have a recently tiled shower. The basin had cracks in the calking next to the wall. The bolt on the door was simple screw on affair. Spartan is ok, but not clean and not working is not. I took two sleeping pills to block out the noise of the traffic.
Don't stay here ever! Overnighted here during a recent trip. The pics on the website are so different from how this place actually looked. It was a complete dump. This place looks like it wasn't updated since the 80s. The non-smoking room smelt smoky. The bathroom window couldn't lock. The bathroom doorknob was falling apart. The people at the front desk couldn't speak english. Thank goodness I know some Spanish. The people here were complete characters. Literally felt like I stepped into a crime hotzone. We didn't sleep a wink that night.
It was very out dated. The rooms were cold & uninviting. It only had 1 double bed for my adult daughter & I. I asked for a room with 2 beds & they wanted to charge me $25 more. $150 a night! Heeeeell NO! I went to the Ramada Inn for $100 less for the week. Thumbs down on the Hialeah Executive Motel.
