Our time at The Laurel Oak was stupendous! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, our accommodations, the BEAUTIFUL home and grounds, and also the entire atmosphere. We will definitely go back.
The owners are fabulous. Very cordial and they make the best breakfast around!
Great historic vibe, wonderful location, attentive service, excellent food, warm atmosphere, nice rooms. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Gainesville I highly recommend the Laurel Oak Inn. Will definitely be back.

None of the room descriptions mention twin beds, but the owners may be able to supply a rollaway. Give them a call. You might want to check on the shower location in your room. Our shower was not in the bathroom, but was in the bedroom. It had huge curtains and a jacuzzi tub, but not the privacy that a father and daughter might want.
