Clean and well kept RV park with water access. When we checked in I asked for and received the internet password. First night could not log into the internet. Next day asked about the internet and was told the antenna near us was not working but internet was OK just a few hundred feet from our location. There were many... More

Hello Dianne, My name is Jacob Cudnohoski and I am the new General manager at Live Oak Landing. I apologize for the inconvenience we caused with the issues that we were having with our internet service . We experienced a delay in receiving replacement parts and this caused our internet to be down longer than usual. The issues have since... More

We stayed here for our first time this past weekend with family. Its a very clean campground with cement pads to park on, lots of trees but not over the camping area. There are a lot of cabins to rent also. We enjoyed a lot of walking, swimming pool (very cold), cooking out, playing on the swings and togetherness. This... More

We stayed a week at Live Oak Landing and would definitely stay again. Level concrete RV sites with patio & picnic table. Sites weren't too close together. Daily trash pick-up. Pool was screened so it was clean, shady and almost bug-free. Restrooms and showers were clean & roomy. Only two washers & dryers for laundry. They have very nice cottages... More

This gem of a park has both excellent LONG concrete RV spots as well "tiny houses" to rent. Staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed. The pool area is covered, large room with full kitchen for large gatherings, boat launch ramp, and only 30 minute drive to the ocean. It is 15 minutes to the best kept... More

We stayed here July 2017 in a 35' motorhome. Our 1st impression: this is a former fishing camp remodeled. RV sites are mixed with "tiny home" style cabins that appear to be privately owned and then rented. There was construction of multiple sites going on during our stay, lots of noise. "Waterfront" in this campground means canal running down one... More

I bought a ticket off of groupon to go on their wildlife boat cruise. I loved it! It was very informative. I was able to learn about many different types of birds. We even were lucky enough to see 2 manatees. If you go in the winter you have a better chance of seeing more manatees. Of course we saw... More

We rented one of the waterfront cottages for a few days during a trip to the Panhandle region of Florida. Live Oak Landing is about a 30 minute drive from the beaches but a world away from the crazy crowds. The cottage was just the right amount of space with a small kitchen (full size range and fridge), downstairs bedroom... More

We were there 6/23-6/26 to meet friends. Our camper faced the construction site, it was dusty and noisy. There was a large family reunion on premises Saturday and though some of the families were paying guests a majority of them were non paying day guests. Admittedly it's a great place for family reunions but not at the inconvenience or sacrifice... More

We definitely will not back. The campground is under construction. The construction was suppose to be completed this past February. Our camper is filthy and our view from our patio is a rock pile. I attached a picture below. Came back from the beach to find a memo (see below) that the power will be off for a few hours... More

Dear Beachbums1991, We sincerely apologize for the dust and our construction. The project is coming to a close and will be complete by the end of July. Our improvements will allow us to accommodate 30 more RVs in the north end of our property, this will make it easier to book as we have been selling out most weekends. We... More
