Dirty stained carpet, stained chair, water on floor by sink, clogged sink, etc. Stayed free using our Wyndham Reward; would have been appalled to pay the OVERPRICED rate for our room!!! Disgusting!!! Breakfast was a joke!!!

We paid $150 for a night in this hotel. It's probably worth about $50. Terrible experience all around. Slow check-in, poorly run, and disgusting rooms. It took 2 of their representative nearly 20-25 minutes to check us in even though there was only 3 people trying to check-in. Both representatives looked as if it was the first time using the...

We arrived at the hotel and the employee at the check-in desk was trying to solve a problem of guests being checked in into a already full bedroom. The exactly the same thing happened with us and we were very lucky to get the last available room at the hotel. Once in the room, the carpet was very dirty and...

Booked 5 nights without seeing it...read last year's reviews, which gave us pause, but newer ones were looking up. New ownership gave us hope. We picked a room in front, choosing road noise over tiki bar noise, which was a good choice, based on a TA reviewer's recommendation. I had to slide a makeshift shim under the door to make...

For $100 a night, it would be nice to have had no roaches and an ashtray in a supposedly smoking room. I've had better experiences in a tent.

$95 a night for a spruced up motel- maid service was terrible and the room needed maintenance. I did like the Tiki Bar (beware- it's crude and tattooed, as were the barmaids!) and the Mineral Springs area, though- it's a typical Indian owned place and needs work.
