Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who were friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and above all clean. Pool area was well kept and clean as well. Very low accommodation prices for the Florida Keys location. Just a short 24 mile trip to Key Largo from this hotel saved us $200+ a night. Well worth the short drive. Hotel is located within a 2 minute walk of two gas stations, McDonalds and Denny's restaurant. Great for those late night snack attacks without having to drive somewhere! "Excellent HOTEL". Would highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.
The service great and front desk friendly. Room clean slept good nice comfortable bed.Tell my friend s and family about how nice this place is and they are improving the service al the time. The location is great not far from the beach and a nice park in walking distance.
Writing this review in the hope nobody else will have to endure the same experience we did. We had had a long day driving and had to book in last minute as tired. Reception untidy and dirty, staff not very welcoming, room EXPENSIVE especially considering the state of it. We were asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room, we asked for no smoking, the room STANK of smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the filthy runners on one of the beds. The air con was noisy and wafted in even more cigarette smoke. We didnt unpack as we didn't want our clothes to stink. The room was dirty with stains and cracks and damage on lots of the features and soft furnishings. The shower curtain was mouldy. For breakfast we ate sealed muffins and had coffee in takeaway cups - the cereal looked old! All in all an utterly vile experience that I hope nobody else goes through…
The staff of this hotel is really rude... The room and bathroom were dirty, the service of internet never worked. The first day of our stay, the room did not have service. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
Toilet overflowed and the fat young night mAnager never came up to bring a mop clean up or even stop watching tv.... I cleaned the bathroom myself with all the towels in my room 2 and then the linens off the bed.... after over an hr of cleaning and no staff to be see,,, I went to the front desk where fatty slop mAnager who is in his 30s refused to give me towels or new bedding... when I pushed the issue of I need towels and linens... I was escorted out of my room by 6 ft lauderdale police officers and when I asked what’ll the littl app said he must apologize to me.... I told him to go f himself and found another hotel at 1am
