Room was not cleaned in months....blood on the mirror. The floor felt sticky when I took my socks off so I decided to continue wearing socks. Also there was a mosquito flying around the room...good thing I killed him because I'm sure it would have had fun when I went to sleep. Never booking this franchise again.

I’ve always had good luck with LaQuinta Hotels but this one had a lot of issues. Unfriendly staff....can be overlooked. Room 122 in which we stayed in needs updating and a deep cleaning. I thought all LaQuinta Inns had been renovated....but not this one. The grounds have weeds and cigarette butts in the landscaping. No morning breakfast due to the virus. I can definitely understand. However, lukewarm coffee and only French Vanilla coffee creamer available in the breakfast room. In the parking lot by the side entrance was an older model car with plastic garbage bags on the windows. There was a man sleeping in the car. Not sure what was going on there. For the price we paid, we could have probably done better elsewhere.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews this is perfectly nice hotel it’s under construction they’re doing improvements to update it but the people that work there are very nice and I had a very comfortable stay and I’m sure you will too

Stayed two weeks at La Quinta Cypress Creek over the holidays. It was not a pleasant place to stay. I suppose COVID19 was the excuse for all the following - Room was never once cleaned (we were there two weeks). No breakfast was available. Elevator display was smashed when we arrived and remained so the entire time we were there. Back exterior door often did not work with room key. Entire hallway trim was removed and hotel appeared to be "under construction" the whole time we were there. Room floor carpet was dirty/sticky. Shower tub did not drain at all so we couldn't really use it after the first shower. No room service or cleaning happened the whole time we were there - not once - seriously. When we needed towels, soap, etc, we were told to come down to the front desk and get them ourselves - nothing was delivered.…

The place was so DIRTY !! the wholes in the rugs and WOW stains on all around the room!! Maraguana smell all through the hall ways.. I never thought it was going to be like this from the pictures online and from the 3 star review wow.
