Royal Palms isn’t the exclusive gay-male resort that it used to be. Wish I had known it before I checked in this past weekend. We ended up using our room just to sleep and went elsewhere for a fun and relaxing time. The room, staff and facilities are still nice/beautiful, but overall resort vibe was that of a morgue --...

Stayed here before but will never come back. Overpriced and not worth it. Stayed is 3013 which was located over mechanical equipment. Room vibrated and was noisy all night. Called to complain and got attitude. They never cleaned the room. They ran out of clean towels. Charged my Amex $100 which I now have to dispose. Water was yellow from...

Rooms were big and nice and clean Stayed for NYE and the place had a bit of a sad vibe. There was a planned party with a DJ but only one older guy sitting at the bar. Check in was a bit slow and unorganised.

As you approach the Royal Palms you instantly get the feeling of South Florida. From the architecture to the neon lights it screams South Florida culture. Staff are more than welcoming and are a nice and friendly change of pace after a long day traveling. Bar and pool areas made the trip even better. Walking distance to everything! Have for...

I booked through Hotel.com. The booking reservation had a section for me to ask questions; I wrote that since my adult son and I would be coming in for a room, could we have two beds? No response, so I resent it four days later. No response, so I called the property - it went to a voicemail so I...

A friend booked us at this resort for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday). We came in very late on Friday and wanted to go out. Checked in and the room seemed warm. Turned the a/c down but when we came back the room was very hot still but didn't want to complain that early in the morning. The next day...

Very nice location, good food, nice pool, wonderful concierge service, the inconvenience is the cleanliness. The room service isn't on a minimum standard level, we always had to remind them to do the room, and when we come back it's not cleaned as expected. Value for money 6/10.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, but it was no restaurant for breakfast. Only a cup of coffee. Long walk to the nearest shopping centre where we could by some food for breakfast. Internet was on and off. Very weak in the room, but better by the pool. Three pools, one warm, maked our day. A new building under construction close...
