Stayed for a couple of days in this fantastic hotel before our cruise. So fabulous to stay somewhere so personal and boutique. Restaurant dinner was AMAZING. The ability to have your meal down at the water edge and have the water taxi pick you up there and drop you back was so great. Would recommend this to anyone going to... More

We required a one night stay after our Cruise Ship return. American Express recommended the Pillars... wow what an excellent choice. Small quaint Hotel with large unique rooms. A heated pool, amazing view of the water. The water taxi picked us up right out outside our room to take us a waterway journey. Nice pleasant staff with the best Coffee... More

I stayed at The Pillars many times in the last 10 years and was back 2 weeks ago for a quick getaway. The hotel is as charming as ever and the latest changes are refreshing! The staff is always present and pleasant, and Carmen's kindness is so genuine, she makes you feel right at home. The rooms are tastefully decorated... More

A very nice boutique hotel that we have used on 5 occasions in the past 7 years which consistently reaches a very high standard of service. It is not a cheap option, however if you want a small discreet place to stay, this is the place to stay. The only problem we encountered was trying to get the room television to work.... More

We have been visiting The Pillars for almost ten years and it remains our favourite hotel for a Fort Lauderdale stay or for pre cruise relaxing. The staff are attentive and remember us whenever we stay , and the service is great. Meals on the dock are a marvellous dining experience and the Secret Garden a truly enjoyable dinner experience.... A peaceful oasis in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. Really great food. The staff is both excellent and remarkably friendly. Looking forward to my next stay! We live in Fort Lauderdale but love to come to the Pillars to get away from it all. The decor is contemporary yet classic. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.

This was an old motel that was redecorated to look chic. The walls are thin and the bathrooms very small. The pool area is quiet and private with very comfortable lounges. The outside dining is special and memorable. I would recommend going for the dining.

We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. While we have had very few complaints about noise between the rooms it is unfortunate that you had to endure unusually noisy neighbors. As far as security is concerned we have never had a negative comment before. Our front desk is manned 24/7. During the overnight hours the front... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights towards the end of last month as we were taking a cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Met Mallory (hope spelling is correct) at reception and she showed us to our room and offered us a welcome drink and she was so nice to us. The room was very comfortable with everything provided,... We've spent just one night at The Pillars Hotel and would definetely return. The service was outstanding and all staff super friendly and helpful. The location is on one side very central, but feels like staying in your own villa. The breakfast beside the water is just great.
