This is a delightful haven of peace in a busy area. The hotel is boutique of course, with all of the benefits of same. Arriving early, there was no problem in checking in - there was a small wait, but it was only midday after all. I stayed for 4 nights in total occupying the Havana room - what a...

This oasis nestled between the intercostal and ocean in Lauderdale is paradise. The attention to detail and guest services is remarkable. We have visited this property four times now and find it to be the perfect choice for relaxation and luxury. It is a small boutique style property with customer service the primary goal. The rooms are small, but comfortable....

Pillars is a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a hidden gem. The hotel is secluded yet very close to everything and is situated directly on the inter-coastal waterway. If one has dietary restrictions, the chef is more then willing to meet with you and will even prepare favorites.

Poolside rooms at this location are fabulous, as is the entire hotel. Friendly staff and great location makes this a must re visit hotel. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, and only two minutes walk to the water taxi stop.

Not Great. Get better staff, become more professional, consider saying hello when guest arrive, try to smile, do not put the wine stand behind the guest chair in the restaurant. He got up, and the wine stand and wine bottle fell into the intercoastal water, help guest if they have heavy luggage, and SMILE!

The Pillars is one of our worldwide favorites . We have stayed there for many years and it just keeps getting better and better. We were particularly impressed with the enhancement services, airport pickup, dining reservations at Pillars and others and the wine list delivered before arrival.

Great botique hotel. A nice substitute from the chain hotels. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach (near Sebastian). Service was very personal and high quality. The rate is a little bit up there, but it's worth the experience if you prefer botique hotels or a different experience from the chain hotels. I was here for a friend's wedding...
