I called twice before booking my stay and was told there is no pet fee. When I arrived to check in they then notified me of a $75 pet fee that I did not have. Had they would have told me that up front I would not have booked my stay with them. Then I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Not happy at all and I didn’t even get to stay me and my dog ended up sleeping in the car.
First. The charge me twice for the room, the lady at the front desk told me that I was getting my money back after check out and I didn’t, I also pay my room through priceline. Besides that the whole unit smells marihuana and everything is dirty
We have been to this hotel before and it included breakfast and room cleaning every day. Now, due to the coronavirus, they decided to eliminate breakfast instead of looking to deliver it ready to eat. Housekeeping service is another issue for improvement. Now they decided in a pandemic that cleaning is done every 3-4 days, it does not make sense if we are in a pandemic and the correct sanitary measures are taken. The front desk girl was very friendly and has excellent customer service.
The room was nice, the housekeepers are nice and hardworking. Malika, the young Jamaican front desk agent is super nice: Keep on being patient, caring with your guests, you are doing a great job! As a Wyndham front desk agent, I really liked the way I was welcomed by the Guyanese receptionist even though she was not consistent on keeping her attention on the guests newcomers from Venezuela. However I did not like the general manager's answer the next morning when I asked her for a trash bag. I felt like I was bothering her, as a fellow front desk agent, we need to work on our responses( tone of voice) at least we can pretend to care and to be patient for a moment. It was one of the reasons why I checked out the next morning, overall I enjoyed my stay. The "Spanish" looking manager was nice, and it would be convenient if we had a laundry facility in the building instead of crossing the street to the laundromat. Thank you very much for everything, good luck and be safe. …
