This is one of the nicest and newest hotels in Fort Lauderdale! They are truly wonderful! Upon check in I was greeted by Tiffany who told me all the things I need to know about the property. It is two hotels, but the amenities are similar and the element rooms are simple, but have a full kitchen! The pool is wonderful. Limited hours on bars due to Covid, but still have free breakfast at the cafe downstairs. The team truly takes care of your every request. If you stay at a place in Fort Lauderdale, stay here!

I’ve been staying at this great hotel now for a week and I can’t say how accommodating this man, Ryan Thomas is. The consistency of his professional and polite demeanor didn’t fade throughout my stay.

I stayed here three nights. I stay in a lot of Marriotts. It was my first time in an Element brand property. It was very convenient to the downtown Ft. Lauderdale government and business center. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The business center was good. The fitness center was also good. I ate breakfast at the hotel and loved the custom-made omelettes. The other food was good too (all included in my rate). At night, my colleagues and I could walk to nearby Las Olas Boulevard restaurants or take a short Uber to beachfront restaurants. The hotel employees were polite and professional. Overall, it was a very nice stay. For vacation, I would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here before our princess cruise Sat 7th march 2020 Our cruise was canceled the next morning which left us trying to find a flight home the guy on the desk Sun morning 8th in the element lounge was so un helpfull and went out of his way to make us feel awkward . Lucky for us the guy who came on shift in the afternoon (Ben) was fantastic he helped us with making phone calls and was very understanding about our circumstance . I would have scored your rating as excellent if it wasn't for the guy that let down the hotel .THANK YOU BEN

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear the positives of your stay, but disappointed that one of our team members was unable to assist you with the circumstances of your cruise. We will work hard to prevent it form happening again in the future.

We were sent to this hotel by Princess cruises after arriving in Ft. Lauderdale a day early due to excessive norovirus cases onboard. We arrived at about 8:30 a.m. only to be herded to a third floor "lobby" where there were two reception podiums. One of the attendants was quite helpful but the other was quite indifferent. We were told we would have to wait until as late as 4:30 to get a room so were held in a hot holding area. There was an adjacent area where a buffet breakfast would normally be served but there was no food available. Once we got our room, about 1:30 p.m., we found that the room was clean, spacious and confortable. My wife had suffered a fall and sprained ankle on the ship so we were committed to eating at the hotel until the next morning when we flew home. We went to the Del Mar (adjacent property) pool deck and enjoyed one of the best fish and chips ever. The staff at the pool restaurant Dip and Sip were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's porter Wayne was very helpful in storing our luggage so that I didn't have to manage it alone as my wife was only able to walk with the use of a cane and in considerable pain. Wayne is a huge asset to the hotel and should be commended. As well, the front sidewalk staff who look after valet parking were very helpful for me.

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear we fell short of your expectations. With the previous night being fully committed we did our best to get all of our guests in prior to the advertised 4pm check-in time and it is great to hear we were able to have your room by 1:30pm. We appreciate the kind words about Wayne; he is a wonderful asset to the hotel.
