Dear Guest Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to answer this question. I fully understand your concerns after reviewing the responses from other guests. It is unfortunate that we don't have too many people to talk about our hotel that has loved their stays. We pay close attention to the rooms as far as cleanliness is concerned. Staff is here super friendly and professional. I believe we do things differently and some guests lately coming up with some reasons that are hard to comment. We have started parking fee and will start pet fee moving forward which is and has upset many repeat guests. Renovations is ongoing but not heavy where we cannot manage things. Also, we do not participate in any kind of solicitation to offset negative comments which is doable by spending a small amount of fee. I decided not to do it as it misleads and misguide our guests. In nutshell all I can say is that come try us and see by yourself. If you have any further questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to me contact me directly at the hotel. I am the General Manager who can answer all your questions without any hesitation. I hope I was able to provide you some feedback to decide, but i must add our occupancy has increased tremendously. We are outperforming our compset which includes some big hotels in terms of occupancy. That being said we are surely doing something that guests love here, and it is true that we cannot make everyone happy nor I would involve in discounting for a positive review.
