Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly. Grounds were quiet and clean. Boat docks right outside the rooms. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Can't wait to return.

All of the units are owned by different people and some are better than others. The last unit we stayed in was the best yet but the time before it was not so great, with badly stained ceiling tiles, dirty carpet, and somewhat shabby furniture; however, our recent stay was top notch and the unit was really nice! I would...

King's Bay Lodge is an amazing Old Florida Cracker motel. Our group of 40+ family and friends enjoy the property every year. All the kids and adults love the spring fed pool, it's a great way to cool down after a day of scalloping! The pole barn covered picnic tables and grilling area works well for our large get together...

The furniture was a little worn, The kitchen and bath are dated. However, the location, the spring fed pool and the people who own, run and stay there make this motel a great place to stay. This was our first time and we are already planning a return trip. If you are looking for an old Florida experience....this is the...

Very conveniently located for scalloping with docks for your boat and a natural spring fed pool. Rooms and common area need some work though. The matresses in our room were awful and the kitchen needs remodeling. The common area under the shelter is a hard cement slab with a metal roof and it is HOT under there without much airflow.

My daughter and her boy friend, my grandson and I recently stayed at The Kings Bay Lodge. It was truly a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and was exactly like the motel rooms that my parents and I stayed in many years ago. Brought back so many precious memories. The staff was very friendly and obliging. This was our second Family Reunion at Kings Bay. Great rooms, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. I recommend this place to people regularly. Great value for your dollars. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and fresh. Spacious and comfortable. The river fed pool is a treat and the common areas are well kept. Kitchens are well equipped for simple meals....

We only stayed one night , but would definitely stay again . Clean spacious room, right on the water, loved the spring-fed pool . Stayed over the 4th of July, and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more . Kayaked, watched the fireworks from the dock, and reluctantly left the next day- only because we had to .

We loved the fact that our room had a full kitchen and the rooms are clean! Also, we could keep our boat docked there and there was room for our trailer parking. We also loved the springfed swimming pool, although it was a bit cold! We would stay at King's Bay Lodge again!!
