This place is so cute! It's a bit older and the rooms are in need of a little upgrading, like the couch had a big rip in it and maybe a little paint. Overall it's quite nice. Very quiet and peaceful. The bed is very comfy, small shower. Kitchen area is great, there's a stovetop, mini fridge and freezer, coffee...

Absolutely wonderful, it was relaxing and the room was very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the whole place gives off a great vibe. There are kyaks to borrow for free , or you can relax on the dock and soak in the peace.

Satin, the so called manager is horrible. I have vacationed in 3rd World Countries and the Dolphin Inn is by far the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. She told me that she did not care about all the bad reviews that the resort got, her job was to keep the resort booked. They dry their linens over a dirty...

This place is adorable! It has an old Florida feel. Perfect for couples. My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Cocoa for my birthday. When we arrived I fell in love immediately, its small, quaint, and it has an amazing view of the Banana River (perfect for watching the sunset). Only about 4-5 miles from the pier. I highly...

We chose the Dolphin In motel because we don't like impersonal chain hotels. We only crossed the road to the beach once late at night to watch the launch of Atlas V but the road is very busy during the day. The location is perfect for Kennedy Space centre, Merrit island wildlife refuge, Cocoa Village with its smart boutiques and...

We chose this spot for exactly what it was..a quirky, quaint motel on the water. However, the big problem was the dead fish and the smell caused by (1) lack of oxygen (2) red tide...depending on who you talked to. Of course, this was not the fault of the owners, but it certainly was a deterrant, as we liked to...

Lovely little place. This is an awesome location if you are exploring the Space Coast. The Kennedy Space Center is a short drive away, and the beach is just a short stroll away. To reach the beach though, you do need to cross a fairly busy road though, with no pedestrian crossings that we could find. This was the only...

Came to Florida to visit an old friend and just wanted a quiet night near the beach. Found that this was the perfect spot. It's not fancy, but feels homey. Manger is authentic to herself friendly, and likes to keep things clean. Would definitely stay again.

If you like small, simple, and friendly, you will like the Dolphin Inn in Cocoa, the staff was very friendly, easy to talk to, willing to help where and when they can. The room was clean and a good size room. This is a no frills Hotel. They have the Banana River for a back yard, and across the street...
