My first impression was that our 1 bedroom unit was HUGE (bigger than our house) and very clean. The whole resort was very clean, and that is #1 in my book. The staff were warm and welcoming. We went on a boat tour with Captain Quinn and had a fun time. We bought a couple of paintings Lani painted. We...

This was the first place we visited in Florida and we have returned again and again. A small friendly family run resort. The apartments are massive and very well equipped indeed. Car parking is free and there is direct access to the beach from the property. There is a swimming pool and jackusi. You might even get to see a...

This resort is by far one of the most friendly and helpful places in Florida. If you are in the market for a timeshare this is the place!! One great view of the ocean and very comfortable accommodation. Call them and let them tell you all about their offer.

Although apartments are very spacious and rather well maintained, we would not go back and don't recommend this resort. The reasons are: – We fully agree with Dave and Missy from Ohio who recently wrote "If you are not an owner, you are treated as an outsider. From unit selection to garage parking and more." I sent them 3 emails...

Very clean and very friendly. Building is dated. Rooms are being renovated. Spacious apartment with full kitchen and balcony. Beautiful beach near the pier. Small pool and spa. Free internet. Convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants.

My family and myself have been staying at Las Olas for more than 20 years. It is the best family owned condo resort in all of Florida you could never find anything bad to say about the owners or the people that work for them in the office . The family puts the maintenance fees back into the condos to...

We were actually here in July of 2015. I'm so sorry I am just doing it now😏, this was a great place for any family with kids! The activities here are bountiful - the potluck dinner was my absolute favorite! The staff were amazing and always available for questions! We are actually moving down here this July to Rockledge. I...

This is a great condo for your whole family. The rooms are very spacious and come with all of the amenities from home that you need to be comfortable for a full week. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from any room and Las Olas has all of the beach gear that you need (lounge chairs, umbrellas, boogie...

The location cannot be beat. This is a great beach to play in the sand, learn to surf, boogie board and more. Perfect for families with older kids and teens. A bit crowded on the weekends but plenty of space during the week. We took the surf lessons with Lani (see resort for details) and really enjoyed it! He's a...

Really lovely spacious accommodation , great facilities too. Family Easter break really plush apartments overlooking the ocean watching the Dolphins from the balcony. Pier with dining and cocktail facilities and a beach bar down the beach which is good fun huge food portions and good atmosphere. Us Brits should consider this coast more often, great surfing opportunities too.
