We found this place after having a bad experience with another local place and I'm glad we did. The room was a nice size and we had plenty of space to move around. The bathroom was large as well. Back porch that over looks the marina. Well worth the price.

Great place to stay. Price was low compared to other waterfront motels in Florida. We had a door that opened onto the marina with a small patio to watch the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was the best of any motel we had in Florida.

I stayed at The Moorings for a second time. The hotel is well kept (not an easy feat when on the salty water). The rooms are quite large, nothing fancy, but have what a person needs. I had a room with a king bed. Smelled fine when I walked in. Looked clean, too. I like that the rooms have two...

We stopped at the Moorings Four one night. It is a combined motel and marina. The room was big and clean and had two doors, one at the front and one at the back, leading to a small terrace that looks one the marina, a very beautiful sight. There is a small kitchenette in the room with fridge, wave and...

This is not a luxury place but getting a large hotel room with a view of the marina for $79/night sounds like a great deal to me ! The room was clean and smelled good. It looked fairly new as well. Again nothing fancy but well worth $79/night. Continental breakfast is included. I can't say much about it because we...

Ive stayed at the Mooring several times. Since 1990 till present. It used to be a nice place to stay. Costumer service was always friendly and first class. Since new ownership and renovations have been done it has went downhill. I recently stayed and booked a 2 bedroom condo and specifically told the gentleman checking me in that I needed...

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving at the Moorings. The location is great as one can walk to resturants and a grocery store. The rooms are large with very nice views. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The city of Carrabelle sits quietly on the Gulf. We went to the beach which was not crowded. Overall, great experience...

This is a nice, small motel and marina. All rooms face the marina. The rooms are large and include a "kitchenette" with a long counter with a microwave, small refrigerator and sink. Great place to make coffee in the mornings with plenty of room. There is a nice sized dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was very large for...

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We wanted to get away with our boat for our anniversary and the marina nice. We were able to bring our dog too! Room was clean. Had laminate flooring (for pets friendly room). Small town but we enjoyed our stay there and will be back. Did not try the breakfast there. We...

Sleepy little fishing town where there isn't much traffic. Nice place to stop and watch the boats from a room balcony overlooking the water. Rooms were very spacious, bed was comfortable. Rooms are clean and the grounds fairly well maintained. Price is reasonable. Breakfast better than most hotels and the director of breakfasts Alida is a wealth of travel information.
