Very warm and friendly welcome. Clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed. On site parking and just a short walk or drive to a number of places to eat and drink. Much better quality than expected for the price and would recommend this to guest house travellers visiting the area as a great base.

I went to skydive, in hibaldstow airfield. This is a 20 min drive away so unless you have a bike, or drive prepare to pay taxi fares to travel, if you are doing the same. The house itself is quite old fashioned, old building, staff quite friendly, there were silverfish in the bathroom or my room, but otherwise was kept...

I was travelling over to compete in the skydiving championships in nearby Hibaldstow for the weekend and had opted not to stay on site as i knew i wouldn't sleep properly. I found this property on booking.com. Even though it was a 15minute drive, I'm glad i chose this option. The room was just what a person requires: a bed...

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night on a short trip away for our anniversary. We found the accommodation to be exceptionally clean and very quiet. We did not have the breakfast. Our room was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for a good shower. If you are staying in north Lincolnshire this guest house is...

What more could I say, the staff fell over themselves to be accommodating, the room was comfy, clean the bathrooms were clean. Idiots in the street one night were a pain, but that's nothing to do with the B&B. Great WiFi, as I was away from my family I could comfortably skype them without lag or issue. I had breakfast...

My family stayed here a few weeks back and had trouble finding the location. A lovely lady stayed till well after 12am to help guide us through to the b&b. The overall b&b was lovely!! Can't fault it. Stayed in the annex due to a mix up with rooms but it was gorgeous!! Thank you so much!!

I had travelled over to the area to compete so was looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and fairly easy to find. The Holcombe has off street parking which is handy but Barnetby isn't exactly a big place so if you wanted to park close by and walk I wouldn't see it being overly an issue. I arrived and was checked...
