We stayed in unit 3. The location to the beach was fantastic. Couldn't have been closer. Also very close to the trolley and grocery store. The unit wasn't as clean as we hoped. Just a cursory cleaning done. Dust build up in the corners, spider webs all over the front entry, moldy caulking in the tub. We left a note...

I thought long and hard about writing this review, but as I always check trip advisor I felt it only right to proceed with this review. I travel abroad 5 or 6 times a year and have never had an experience like this! I booked condo 8 for a week over Christmas and paid a large deposit. On arrival the...

So, my family and I travel often, we camp, stay in smaller family owned hotels, and do stay in the larger name brand resorts also. This little gem is lovely. Honestly, we thought we had booked at the sister hotel, Anna Maria Inn and found we were at the Alamonda villas, #3. What a wonderful surprise. The room was great,...

From the moment we walked into this dark unit with only one window ... in the bathroom .. we were sorry that we spent the money on this two week 'vacation'. Not to be misleading, there was a patio door leading to a small, enclosed patio with a 5 foot high brick wall between it and the parking lot of...

We stayed here for a week in July. It really is the ideal location as you can see the Gulf right out your windows(unit 1). It is about 50 yards from a store and restaurant area. There is live music most nights and the prices are reasonable for supplies there. There is a small pool but it is big enough...

This is difficult to write because we stayed here for several years in a row & always looked forward to going back. This year was an exception ! Past years we stayed in #4, this year in #2. It was a disappointment from the minute we checked in. First, I called because there were no garbage bags. No problem -...

We went here for a quick three day getaway JUST in time to miss the crowds for Labor Day weekend. Everything was clean, bed was ok(not super comfy), there was a washer and dryer in our unit and you couldn't beat the walk to the beach. Its steps away. The pool area was kept nice and clean and I am...

this is actually on Holmes beach. I heard a lot of great reviews for units 1 & 8. Well we stayed in unit two. The bedroom had two beds in it. There was a cot and a soda bed. My husband and I stayed there with our three children and we comfortable. It was very clean and up to date....

We stayed in late January, got a really good rate and it served our purposes, but our unit was a bit run down. Nice location near the beach and a nice public park. They have washing machines on the premises, but not in each unit.

There are 8 separate condos in Holmes Beach. Some are privately owned and others managed by real estate companies. We stayed in one that was not privately owned-mistake seeing that we saw the inside of #8 and it was beautiful!!! But - the 1 we stayed in desperately needs a make over. It needs to be painted, cleaned top to...
