Stayed here 3 night la for a conference. Nice hotel resort. My room had no view of water which was a bummer. Top floor view of entry road and building construction across the street. I heard the other rooms had great views. Pricey for what I got. $300 a night. Staff was friendly. Place was upper scale. Clean. which was...

Food and furnishings were mediocre. I was harassed by housekeeping. Private car service seemed to be in cahoots with concierge. Spa was expensive. Property was very beautiful, but as beautiful as it was, I would never stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful rooms, lots of recreational activities, excellent staff, and great food! Besides that, the beds were comfortable, the elevators were fast, and the rooms were quiet. The only quirk is that the pool and hot tubs close at dusk, which in early January comes way too early.

This is a very pleasant hotel. Rooms are nicely designed with double-sink baths. Did not try restaurants as we like to be adventurous when traveling. The one exception is Orchids at the Hakekulani in Honolulu. Best hotel restaurant bar none!

Great experience and loved the property - had everything needed. Was here for combined business/personal purpose and would highly recommend for both. Service was excellent and food was great. Beautiful property and took advantage of the boat service to private boat. Every staff member was so friendly and went out of their way to take care of us.
