If you like to pay $245 a night in February to be on the first floor, interior unit and risk having noisy neighbors, stay here. We listened to every footstep of the folks in the unit above us, heard the scraping of the chairs across the lanai, and my what conversations they had from early in the morning to late... More

We had a beautiful corner end unit. It had a fully stocked kitchen and there was a grill near by, so we didn't have to go out if we didn't want to. Nice and relaxing spot.

Boca Grand North is a group of condominiums just after you cross the bridge onto the island, so it's 4 miles into Boca Grande. We were in Unit 66 on the ground floor level overlooking the gulf with access to the beach area. This unit is a bit tired, chipped paint, worn carpet, basically equipped kitchen, linen that's well used.... More

We happened to stay in the particular building in this complex that the previous reviewer complained about. There are about six buildings, all two story frame with six condo units in each. We paid $125 per day for our two bedroom unit, in early November, and considered that to be a fair price. Our unit was clean and well equipped... More

We have stayed here several times in the past. We normally stay on the bayside and get a boat slip too but this time we decided to not bring the boat and stay on the pass/gulf side. I booked a first floor unit since they have access directly out of the back porch onto the seawall/beach area. I did not... More

We have stayed at Boca Grande North many times and absolutely love the place. We stay there because of the convenience to our favorite fishing spots and the room (we always book the same one) is very comfortable and clean. If you ever have to call the office for assistance, they respond immediately. The only negative is that they do... More

My wife, 1 year old daughter and I spent a week in a condo at BG North. Unit 75, very well furnished, with rattan furniture, and carpet that helped keep quiet compared to tile in friends' unit. Much better than the other units we saw. Condo complex has nice pool and hot tub; beach is nothing to speak of. The... More
