I can not say enough good things about this motel!! We got a 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. The grounds were clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. We are already planning a return trip! It was close to restaurants and the beach was amazing!

The only real pro is the beach proximity. The accommodations were not great especially for the price. Paid quite a bit and the beds were hard as a rock. Spoke to many guests who said the same. At least put a foam topper on one of the two if you can’t replace them! I had to line up pillows to sleep on! We had no curtain and our horizontal blinds had some broke pieces and our verticals were barely there so that we had to place them carefully over the bare horizontal ones. Annoying and not acceptable for the price at all. There was not ONE hook in the place to hang a towel or a bathing suit! A retractable clothesline in the shower would have been nice. Since there was no housekeeping (which I think is ludicrous for a 7 day stay, if you’re sanitizing, you should be fine at least ONE time!) we had sand everywhere and we were careful about that! Had to put out our own garbage and towels and people stole your clean ones if you weren’t right there to get them. Room was small, kitchenette was small (fridge was good size) but it was ok. Bathroom needs a shelf along the wall over the toilet or something as there was no where to set anything. These are simple fixes and would make a world of difference. If this had been Knights Inn prices, I would expect this. Lobby closes early and has the ice machine in it so stock up on ice and better hope your key doesn’t malfunction! There is no walking to anything other than the beach, which was a HUGE negative. The parking spots are tiny and there was a day where it was full, obviously people who weren’t staying there! So annoying! If you are there for the beach, you’re good, but for $200+ a night, I expect better accommodations in the room. Live and learn.

Hi fgtvee, We are sorry to hear that your expectations were not met during your stay with us. We are glad you were able to enjoy the beach. We do offer 1 parking space per room which does mean that our parking lot fills up when we are sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced within your guest room amenities. We appreciate your suggestions. Most of our guests enjoy that we are in a quiet location, however we are sorry this was not what you were hoping for. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review.

We spent four nights here at this hotel last week approximately the first week of March 2021 we arrived at night so we could not see the beauty of the water at first when I open the door to a room it was so adorable and so cute I had no idea how Charming the room is going to be it was really just what we were looking for we are in our 50s early and we definitely did not want to be in a very busy crowded College type setting so this was absolutely perfect the next morning when we woke up and went outside the view even from the balcony of our room was just spectacular it was everything we ever could have wanted perfect for what we were looking for a quiet place to warm up from the cold winter months here in Michigan and be alone and enjoy each other's company without all the hubbub Kathy who I believe is the manager of the property I believe maybe she's the owner I'm not sure LOL but she was fantastic she was able to work with our check-in times which I probably had to change a lot and she was very accommodating the rooms were clean I would definitely agree that the hotel is older but it's still clean and comfortable and I felt safe I did not hear any noise through our walls which I had heard that other reviews had said they heard everything we had no noise the place was really not very busy when we went it did start to get a little busy at the end of our stay but it was very very minut busy in perspective to the actual Clearwater Beach up the coast but it was close enough to restaurants and shopping everything was just a short drive in the car away or you could have even walked to some of the locations I think the only thing I would change would be to get an Oceanfront sweet or room those look really lovely as well we will definitely be back next year if not to Vacation maybe to live Michigan Winters are getting too hard on our old bones LOL thanks again for a really great trip and I did forget to mention it was very reasonably priced as well and one- that I would point out which was very very small the beds were a little uncomfortable to me but my husband light the firmness of them LOL hey you can't make everybody happy all the time thanks again Kathy you're the best

We were very happy with our accommodations. The rooms were clean but dated, still wonderful being right on the beach. We will definitely stay there again. The front desk was always very accommodating. Everything was perfect for us.

Nice two story motel with the perfect location. Right on the beach with some beachfront rooms. Plenty of common areas and clean pool. We loved it. In more or a residential area than the packed tourist mobs.
