We stayed here while visiting family. Maggie immediately made us feel welcome. One of my favorite things about the property is the spectacular view. Guests are encouraged to help themselves in the kitchen, which is also a wonderful gathering place to meet other guests. Once we walked through the door, we didn't feel like we were strangers. It was like...

We just got back from a wonderful weekend at Mount Pleasant and it's our favorite vacation spot so far. Bob and Maggie are kind and hospitable and know exactly what to recommend for people who don't know the area. The farm and the house are beautiful: Bob has a private hike available on the property that leads you through rough,...

This was our first time in the Litchfield Hills area, but staying here was just like revisiting old friends - Bob and Maggie simply could not have been more friendly and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. And what a home! The Inn is the exact opposite of all those pokey little b&b's where the rooms are so...

After she goes to bed we enjoy a relaxing evening at the bonfire enjoying the beauty and quiet. This time we stayed on the top floor and child loved her bed nook with...

The recently renovated farmhouse was cozy and inviting, the picturesque 100 year old red barn a delight, and the views out of every window and door absolutely spectacular! And on top of that, Bob and Maggie, the...
