The expression 'boutique' is a somewhat over used one these days. For me, the definition refers to the size and unique quality of the place. This definitely applies at the Perantzada.

Hello Jan. The hotel is not far from the harbour, I'd say it's about 5-10 mins depending on your pace...an it's not on a hill, the road it's on is elevated in comparison to the harbour, but it is not steep...
