Made a last minute reservation and asked for a room that would accommodate a small pet (dog) No problem. All in all the room was a bit old and somewhat tired. I guess the most disappointing thing was the lack of enthusiastic staff. I dont need cheerleaders, but a smile and a proper greeting would not be a bad thing...

Terrible service!! Do not let appearances deceive you!! They double booked the room we were in & just bullied our teenager son out of it because he couldn't produce a receipt for the room while we were out! Unbelievable!! The other family just went in & wouldnt even let us in to ck if we has left something behind. The...

I loved the look and feel of this Inn. It was full of details revealing its history as a tobacco warehouse, including old, exposed beams in each room. The rooms were attractive and cozy. The bed was incredibly soft....too soft for me. I wound up sleeping on the very edge where the only support was. And the biggest downside to...

On a wild and wet October night we were thankful to find this inn in an area that lacked any sort of accomodation. Recommendation for restaurant was good. room was large with big comfortable bed. Breakfast good. Train not so good! but a novelty as we only staying one night.

My wife and I took the grand tour of New Milford before finding the Heritage Inn. Using directions provided by the Inn's website is highly recommended and would have saved us time in finding our way. Checking in was a snap as the desk clerk was great - personable, helpful and very knowledgeable of the town, especially of the surprising...

I made a reservation at this establishment via e-mail and had corresponded several times with the Innkeeper. I was even told not to worry about them not accepting Discover for payment as we could settle up when we got there. Upon our arrival, I was a bit concerned about the location across from a gas station and across from apartments...

This Inn is in an old warehouse which is charming. Our room was good and clean and the beds were huge and high with three pillows each. The service is friendly. Breakfast is good and they make you your eggs as you want them. It is located in the center of town and it is on very convenient walking distance...

We found this to be a perfect place to stay. A converted tobacco warehouse from 1870, the property is quaint and charming. Not a hotel but not really a B + B. A very nicely appointed larger style inn with 20 rooms. We arrived aound 5:30 pm to a manager's reception of wines and appetizers. The room we had was...

On a recent trip to Warren, CT I found myself in need of a hotel. Not very familiar with the town of New Milford, I only came across one small bed and breakfast on a busy road. I had no other choice, and Danbury where I usually stay was just too far of a drive. I decided to give the...

“My room was pictures with white bedspreads and was on the main level across from the kitchen. I checked a box about a pool as terrible and can't erase it. This inn has no pool so it obviously isn't terrible, just not existent.”
