The location of this hotel couldn't be better. The staff could have explained the parking situation better, because the hotel is surrounded by parking garages. The guests of the hotel were complaining that they parked in the (wrong) garage, which was gated, and the hotel staff couldn't do anything about it.

Everything you need for the traveling executive. Good fitness facility, super friendly and helpful staff aa well as an abundance of diverse restaurants in walking distance. The room and amenities where all of an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This hotel checked all the marks, everything was good, clean and comfortable just nothing was memorable about the hotel. It's just a bit standard, but they do have some decent coffee for a hotel. I'd stay here again if in new haven for the money.

I visit New Haven frequently and usually make the New Haven Hotel my location of choice for accommodations. It is a block or two further away than the Omni and not quite as central as the Study but it is absolutely the best value in town. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff always professional. They renovated...

I stayed at this hotel because it was my last day of work at the University and our apt lease had expired. The stay was excellent. Yes I lived in the city during the time I was working at the University but I have to say, this place truly is at the heart of New Haven. It is close to...

We recently attended a wedding in New Haven and this was one of the hotels listed on the bride and groom room block. It was a great choice - older hotel recently renovated - Lovely reception area, rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable, and staff very pleasant and accommodating. Parking garage directly across the street and fee is added to your...

Our stay in the New Haven Hotel made our family holiday celebration one of the most comfortable one in many years. The bedding was luxurious and the staff members were awesome. Unfortunately, we did not dine there for any meals, so we cannot report on that, but if the rooms and staff are any clues, we could imagine that the...

Very nice (recently renovated ) hotel just south of the Old Campus/Green area. it is a 2-3 block walk to shops, food etc. but the area (mostly office buildings) is quiet and well lit. Staff is very friendly, and goes beyond the call of duty. I arrived @ 11 for a 3pm check in simply hoping to drop my bag....

From the hotel you can reach any place in downtown, in particular Yale University. Room was very good. Breakfast is well provided. Very good point: from 5:00 to 7:00 pm they offer complimentary wine (it's good) with some finger food. I recommend.

We very pleased with the hotel. the lobby is beautiful and the staff was very helpful. the room was large and the shower had plenty of hot water with nice bath products and fluffy towels. The location was ideal to everything we wanted to do. I thought, based on the reviews, that the hotel parking was going to a hassle,...
