The elevator was very small but it was an okay family hotel. For the price it was decent. I like the personality and not a sterile generic place whether high end or low end. This has charm and class. I recommend it.

Greetings, Carryl. The Duncan does have cable TV, but I don't believe there is in room coffee. There is no restaurant, but there are several restaurants within a block and many more within several blocks.
