The room was clean and ready when I got there. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. I stayed for over a week and had multiple encounters with them. This hotel is great and the price is right, the rooms are nice and had a fridge and microwave . They are pet friendly so I was able to bring my dog, which was a necessity for me.

I was here about 1.5 yrs ago and it was out of control. I was happy to see the changes. I def. Feel safer with security. There are a few employees who go above and beyond to assist. Tom and Drazen are absolutly great. Very kind and welcoming. Great guys. My husband was just put into a hospice and I'm relocating some where around here. So I'll be here off and on with pleasure. There are two more that deserve recognition. There's Harry who makes me feel welcome with his happy attitude. And Carol. I've seen her go out of her wsy to help some guests. I was one of them. The rooms were extremely dirty, the rugs smelled, I didn’t feel safe at this hotel. The door on my side of the room wasn’t locking, they did accommodate me and switch my room. However the smell was awful. I stood for one night and I won’t be staying again.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been. The towels were so disgusting and the shower room was dirty. They refold the used towel and place them as if they were clean. I have to clean the bathroom myself before my family was able to used them. The shower roof have mold and it seems as if the painted the dirty walls. The blankets were so dirty went to the front desk to get clean ones and they have none. They however gave me clean towels afterward. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone there was too much healh code violation. I only spend the 2 nights as I couldnt find any hotel near by. My son said "mommy give them 0" He was so disappointed. Either close and do proper renovation or get Hotels workers from outside the Country to work.

The place has been renovated and it looks beautiful. The halls look spacious and it is nice to enjoy new furniture. The housing staff has been very helpful in helping me to move to a new room during renovations. Maintenance is attentive. Front desk staff is conscientious.

Checked in at 7 pm. Discussed fact that there would be two white trucks and we would return around 3 am (working in area) and leave at check out. We returned at 330 am and went inside. Front desk not manned at that time. Woke up to our trucks having been towed! Parking lot was half empty. Front desk gave attitude and won’t get manager on phone or in person. Says he gave manager my number… that was an hour ago and no contact. I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year… never in the entire country have I had my vehicles towed by a hotel… it’s insane. PS The floors in our room were sticky under our feet as well… not cool.

Look, if I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. I'm not one to make reviews but I want to make sure that everyone knows what they're signing up for before they arrive. Let me take you through my awful experience so that you will hopefully never stay here either, because trust me, I learned my lesson. When I first get to the hotel to check in at the front desk, the two workers are there on their phones scrolling on TikTok yelling at each other. Not only did neither one of them acknowledge my presence, but I had to ask to be helped. Right from there, the sass which the worker gave me was unmatched. So, we go through the check-in process and after a few minutes, I got my room key. I go upstairs to my first room, and there was BLOOD on the bed sheets. You could see the stains even under the one lamp which was lighting the whole room, mind you this was also later at night. The bed sheets were stained with blood, the desk had some sort of very sticky spots, the bathroom had hair from someone's privates, and it was just overall an awful room. Naturally, I went right back to reception to ask for a room change. They were very hesitant at first but after I kept on asking, she gave me a room key to another room. Going to the second room, I walked in and basically stuck to the floors. I don't know what kind of cleaner that Red Roof uses, if any, but the floors were horribly sticky. Not only that but there was hair in my bed and yet another blood stain in the other. The bathroom was even dirtier than the first seeing how the tub still had soap suds from the previous group who had stayed in the room. Along with that, I found that the hair dryer was actually falling out of the wall where it was mounted and was hanging by the cord which plugged it into the wall. So, once again, I head back down to the front desk where I was very impolitely greeted with a "what now." I once again requested a room change, but this time, the lady at the front desk stood up with 5 different room keys in hand and took me to each individual room. We had to go to four different rooms until we found a room which was kind of clean. The bed sheets were fine. The floor wasn't sticky. The bathroom was clean enough. It was just an awful first night, mind you, we stayed for two nights. Thank goodness we didn't spend the day in that room because I'm sure we would've found many other problems. Moving onto the second night, did we find a cockroach on the bathroom wall, yes we did. Did we take a picture and show it to the front desk, yes we also did. Now, did the person at the front desk tell me that I took the picture from somewhere else and denied that the hotel had cockroaches, they sure did. I have attached the picture of the cockroach to this review as the proof. Not only this, but when I was complaining to the front desk, a nice young couple walked up behind me saying they would also like to file a complaint, saying that they found a mouse in their room. Along with this, trying to take a shower, the towels were also dirty by what looked like a dog had laid on them. You could make out the paw prints. To sum this up, this was one of the worst experiences that I've had with a hotel and I will never be staying in another Red Roof again, and I hope that you won't be staying too. The bed sheets having blood stains on them, the bed covers also being stained with something, the floors being sticky, all of the bathrooms being nasty, the cockroaches, the mice, the dirty towels, the rude staff, and an overall awful experience makes out to be the worst hotel experience ever.

When I first arrived, I had to pass six or seven people smoking in the designated smoking area just to the left of the front entrance. Not an appealing smell to start. There is extra security at this hotel as you just can't enter without a room key, so if you are checking in you have to call on a phone to be let in. I've traveled all over and the first time I ever encountered this level of security. Not very inviting. The lobby is very dark and dingy though the staff was trying to vacuum to keep it clean. The staff is the shinning star at this hotel, but the poor conditions of the building and décor don't give them anything to work with. After check in I was told the elevator didn't work so I had to drag my bags up the stairs at age 79 to the second floor. The woman who checked me in said it's the lowest floor she could put me in and did it trying to help me.

This hotel is nothing like your advertising. Deplorable conditions. The lobby, hallways, elevators extremely dirty. Smoking and smell of marihuana, and urine in elevator. While I was at the counter, people were coming in and out like if they lived there. Hotel feel and look more like a homeless shelter. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m 76 year old female, i got there on 10/27/22 the date in question. It was getting dark. I felt scared I didn’t feel safe staying there, I politely told the desk clerk that i didn’t want to stay there, he said it’s okay I handed him my key card and he checked me out, and told me i have to call Priceline booking to get my refund. Immediately that same date i made a reservation through Priceline booking.com and stay in another hotel. Now Priceline Booking.com doesn’t want to refund my credit card.
